[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About 10 years ago I had been suffering with a sore neck for years and could not find any relief. I met my new boyfriend and he had a tempur-neck pillow and gave it to me to try. Omg, it was almost instant relief. Within a few days the pain was gone, it was almost magical. So I kept the pillow. And the boyfriend. Fast forward to now. A few weeks ago my neck started to hurt again and for some reason I did not connect it to my now old tempur-neck pillow right away. But I finally had a lightbulb moment and took a closer look at my almost 12 year old pillow (my boyfriend had had the pillow for about 2 years already when I took it away from him) and saw that it was basically flat now. So I ordered a new one and again, like magic, my sore neck is gone. I'm also a side sleeper. I do however wish they would sell extra cover protectors for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur Neck Pillow provides solid support, especially around the neck. I have the medium one. Because of this pillow, I no longer wake up with neck or back pain! However, it is a little hard on the head. So sometimes, I wake up with headaches because of how hard it is. It sometimes hurts so much that I often have to switch between pillows in the middle of my sleep. But perhaps, this is because I have only had the pillow for a short while (~2 months)? Hoping it gets softer in time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Switching to a tempur-neck pillow was a life changing move! It is so supportive and makes falling asleep 100% easier. While it is sturdy, it is also very comfortable, and perfectly cradles my neck in order to give me a great night's sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this style of Tempur-Pedic for years and decided to replace with this one, however it is not the same material as the old one I had. It is much firmer and uncomfortable in comparison. It feels cheaper than my old one. Also this is the only company that does not do exchanges or returns on pillows which I don't understand why they do for the mattress but not the pillows.

I didn't think buying a new pillow would solve all my problems, but I was desperate enough to try it out. The first few night and mornings sleeping on it were rough. But things imperceptibly improved until one day I woke up and went about my day and realized my neck pain was gone! It was amazing! Buying a new pillow didn't solve all my problems, but it did help in a very significant way! Another thing that's impressed me about this pillow is the way it doesn't bother my jaw when I sleep on my side. It might be the softness or the shape, but my facial pain in the mornings has greatly improved. Worth every penny. Wish I would have bought it sooner.

This pillow works! I am usually a side sleeper. 6'4" with big head. I used to wake up with mild neck pain everyday, and was constantly readjusting a pillow and my body position to get comfortable to sleep. With this pillow I rarely have to move. Now my neck feels normal again in the morning. Provides great support for side and back sleeping. The night before this review I had overused my neck at the computer throughout the day. Happens 6 ish times a year. This resulted in terrible neck pain/strain that radiated into my eye for a headsplitting headache. Usually these last for hours with little relief. I laid on my back in bed with my head rested on the small side of this pillow and the pain immediately lessened and within 30 mins was gone and I fell asleep soon after. Make sure to use the measurements to get the right sized pillow for your body. I do wish the pillow were longer and i could find a fitted pillow case (looks silly in a normal case). Also the off gassing smell took several days to go away. Well worth the money. I also have a tempur cloud dual breeze, which while comfy and good enough on most nights to also relieve day to day neck pain; did absolutely nothing to relieve the pain last night. The support this pillow gives your neck/head is amazing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my second tempurpedic pillow and I must admit I didn't read the description of this second pillow before I ordered from the manufacturer. When it arrived I was surprised how small this pillow was in size from the depth to the length. However it does provide neck support.

I have difficulty sleeping most of the time. My new TempurPedic pillow was a relief. I have everything I need for a good night sleep. Only problem I have .... I am extremely sensitive to chemical smells. Why does my pillow smell like it came out of a vat of chemicals from a factory? I have put every possible protective cover on the pillow, even doubled up and I still smell the chemicals. This is not good for sleep...I'm back to trying to find another expensive pillow I can buy and start over. At this cost it should smell like baby powder!

I HAVE A TEMPUR - NECK PILLOW THAT I PURCHASED ABOUT 10 YEARS AGO AND THE QUALITY AND SURPRISINGLY FIRMNESS IS STILL BETTER THAN THE NEW TEMPUR-NECK-PILLOW! I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW CAN I OBTAIN A REPLACEMENT PILLOW CASE FOR MY 10 YEAR OLD TEMPUR-NECK PILLOW. OR YOU GUYS CAN JUST SEND ME ONE AS A GOOD SHOW OF CUSTOMER APPRECIATION!

I love Tempur-pedic beds and pillows, own both. This neck pillow is just what I needed. I am so pleased with this pillow, it helps keep my neck in alignment. I saw some people talking about getting a larger one and was concerned. These are only one dimension size, the sm,med,lg are the thickness of pillow. Beware this is important for your neck, there is a help box that explains size is depth of pillow based on your necks length, not the size of the pillow (dimensions). You will love this pillow, it is so comfortable.
