After many years of using my first neck contour pillow, I ordered a new one. It was much firmer than my previous one and irritated my neck. Strong smell from the pillow despite washing the cover and allowing it to air out. I wish the return policy were different as I have liked this product in the past.

It is 4" high, making it great for broad shouldered side sleepers with neck problems, and also good for back sleepers who want a bit of head elevation. It is firm, but Tempur Pedic foam material makes it very comfortable. I do not find it to feel hot or cool. I am happy that I bought it, and have been using it nightly for about 2 months.

Tempurpedic is the best pillow I have tried. This pillow offers so much support for my neck which helps me sleep better at night. I can't recommend it enough!

My neck pain has went away entirely since I've been using the neck pillow. I recommend TEMPUR-Neck Pillow to any and everyone!

It is a little too hard for me and it makes my neck hurt. It is a little better now than when I bought it but it is still too hard. It never seems to conform. I was going to return it but I lost the receipt. My daughter opened the box and she threw the box away and she probably threw the receipt away along with the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In fairness I have some pretty serious neck issues and unfortunately I am forced to sleep on my back which this pillow is designed for. It's a little tough to find that sweet spot where the neck and head are positioned perfectly to minimize the pillow hardness on pressure points and problem areas. It has gotten better over time as the pillow has softened a bit. I knew going in this wasn't a miracle cure, I'm not disappointed I purchased the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow is rather small for a large sized pillow and it is difficult to find a comfortable position when sleeping on it. I believe if the pillow were a little bigger it may potentially do the job.

These are a little smaller, a lot harder, and don't fit the curve of our necks quite right. Low side feels too low, and high side is too high. Hopefully they will soften a little and work out for us.

We ordered Tempur-Neck pillow size medium and after 2 nights came to the conclusion that we should have bought small. When I contacted Tempur pedic to exchange them they informed me that because they had been used, they could not be exchanged. We had been using Tempur pillow for many years so new that with the correct size we would like them so decided to buy small pillow. So, if in doubt about which size to buy, go to a store and don't buy online. 5 stars for the pillow - 1 stars for the exchange/return policy

I no longer wake up with a stiff neck and shoulders because the foam (or the materials Used) form to your neck and actually, an added bonus is that your hair doesn't get messed up at all during the night
