For the couple of years, Tempur-pedic neck pillows have been losing their support way too quickly. They are expensive and I had to replace them about every 6 months. The latest one that I bought is the hardest foam ever. It's not really even memory foam and has very little "give." It made my neck and head hurt. I'm trying to find a company that makes a firm, supportive neck pillow that is consistent and lasts a reasonable amount of time for the price.

It is literally as hard as a rock and doesn't get softer with use. I immediately get headaches every time I use it and I hardly get headaches at all. My husband and I joke about not throwing the "brick" around too carelessly or we could hurt someone. The shape would have been excellent and everything I needed if it weren't for how hard the pillow is. I wish they would have at least let me exchange the pillow (I knew immediately I didn't want it upon opening the box, with the pillow still within its plastic protective sheet. If super hard pillows are your jam, however, this pillow is for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had neck pain and facial pain due to TMJ issues for years. A massage therapist recommended this pillow to me. I didn't think buying a new pillow would solve all my problems, but I was desperate enough to try it out. The first few night and mornings sleeping on it were rough. But things imperceptibly improved until one day I woke up and went about my day and realized my neck pain was gone! It was amazing! Buying a new pillow didn't solve all my problems, but it did help in a very significant way! Another thing that's impressed me about this pillow is the way it doesn't bother my jaw when I sleep on my side. It might be the softness or the shape, but my facial pain in the mornings has greatly improved. Worth every penny. Wish I would have bought it sooner.

I've had one for 7yrs, never smelled purchased from a back store. This I cannot get smell out post airing for many days outside during day 10-4PM. I cannot stand the smell. Used it 3 times now and have given up. I sleep with a folded towel. Would not recommend it any more. I use to love my old one. Not this. Even made pillow cases for my old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased Tempur products for a number of years. The size of the pillows seems to have decreased. That is a little disappointing as I am a side sleeper and liked the extra height of the pillow. Over all I still like the product.

I bought two so I don't have to carry it back and forth after forgetting to bring it with me resulted in an achy neck. It's like sleeping on air it is so effortless. I never before thought sleeping on a pillow required effort, but indeed it did. No regrets!

I bought the neck pillow hoping it would help with my tension headaches. I have noticed a lot less neck stiffness and fewer headaches since I started using this pillow. It took a few nights to get used to the different shape, but now I can't imagine going back to a "regular" pillow. Definitely recommend.

But Tempur pedic having multiple sizes specifically based on neck measurements made this pillow a wow pillow. It is far and away the best contoured pillow I have ever owned. I was even lucky enough to purchase during a sale so the price was beyond reasonable.

I have suffered from neck pain for years after being in a car accident. This pillow has been life changing. I no longer wake up stiff and my neck range of motion has drastically improved. The contour of the pillow hits just the right spot where I need the support. I also love the small size. I can easily travel with it. I have the small.

After I woke up feeling refreshed, I had to buy some for my husband and I! They have not been a disappointment and have reduced our neck and back pain. I sleep with the large part under my neck, but my husband prefers it upside down. It's comfy both ways!! Sometimes I use it for lumbar support on the couch as well, so comfy!
