This pillow is perfect for back sleepers , and for people with neck pain . I use this pillow when I nap in the afternoon . I also purchased the down pillow ( as I am a side sleeper at night ) love love love theses pillows . Will never buy another kind .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommended. Make sure you check the sizes and have someone measure your neck to shoulder distance. I assumed I'd be small bc I'm only 5'3" but I'm a medium! I no longer have neck or shoulder pain, thanks to this pillow. The only thing I don't love (but have gotten used to) is how firm it is. I suppose it probably wouldn't work as well if it wasn't firm though!

We got one of these when we bought our Tempurpedic mattress over two years ago. My husband had been using the pillow and he absolutely loves it. There came a time when I needed a better pillow as I would get a stiff neck with our old pillows. He lent it to me and it was just great for my neck! I thought I could get away with just buying new (standard) pillows, but it wasn't long before they would make my neck hurt again and I'd even wake up with a headache. I did away with pillows altogether for a while until I decided to splurge on a new TempurPedic neck pillow. It is definitely worth the money, especially if you think about how much standard pillows cost and how often you'd have to get them to get the same level of comfort. The only thing I don't like about it (and other TempurPedic stuff like our mattress) is the smell. It goes away, yes, but it takes a while. It's been a month and my new one still smells. So I guess if you're planning on getting one, better plan ahead of time so that you can air it out in time. But even with this little annoyance, it is 100% worth it!

I am a back and sometimes side sleeper, was surprised that after measuring the small pillow was recommended. After 2 weeks of trying to get acclimated to the pillow my neck pain has worsened and I am experiencing headaches in the back of my head daily. I understand that neck pillows require greater support, but this pillow feels uncomfortably hard. Even the small pillow feels too large, my neck is supported at a steep angle particularly when sleeping on my back. I have to abandon it, which sucks because it was expensive and cannot be returned. Proceed with caution.

The pillow is very unique shape and great quality, but I move around during my sleep and in the morning, my head rested on top of the highest point of the pillow and tense up my neck. I love the quality (!!), but the shape is not for me... I would like to exchange the pillow to regular shape one, if possible. :-)

I had to return these pillows. I bought as an extra since my current temper-pedic pillow is still working fine. I have used the very special Tempur-Pedic Pillow (small) for 15 years via the advice of my chiropractor. I cannot move my head if I don't sleep on this type pillow. Unfortunately, these pillows were different than the previous 3 I have owned. They were very soft and my neck collapsed on them. I had to send them back...............very sad. I am unsure what I will buy in the future.

It is well made but the design is not comfortable for side, stomach or back sleeping positions. Previously I owned a Tempur-Pedic neck pillow with a superior design and I hoped this pillow would provide the same relief.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I developed severe shoulder pain, and my orthopaedist told me it was a neck issue. At that point, I realized it had been caused by sleeping on my new Tempurpedic pillow. After discontinuing use of it for several days, the pain subsided.

Thought I had pretty broad shoulders, so I got the large thinking I have a big gap to cover as a side sleeper. Much too firm (I had the original years ago and don't remember it being this stuff) and much too big. Useless for sleeping, but because there's no refunds so I'm just using it as a meditation cushion.

Great product, had one before and will always have one to help with neck pain. This was my first purchase in the US and with the measuring system for H/M/L. I went medium based on measuring comfortably in the middle of the range but after a few nights felt I could have done with the high. The pillow is also extremely small length ways - it drowns in a standard pillow case - and doesn't leave much room for turning. If they fixed this it would be a 5* review!
