[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I chose the small size I thought it's small for an adult size not kids. The pillow it's so small literally if I turn to sleep on my side I find myself on top of mattress instead of pillow. Unfortunately I used it one night and removed the pillow. I bought 2 and I haven't even open the other one. I wish I had small kids to place the pillow in use but I don't and unfortunately it's going to a waste. I wish the pictures you show would be more realistic so we can make better decisions when purchasing as they not cheap at all.

It is made of high quality materials and send like it will keep it's shape for years to come. Two draw backs are that it doesn't consistently reduce snoring of back sleepers and it's very difficult to find a pillow case for it's special size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tempurpedic pillows are expensive, but I find them necessary for my neck to rest comfortably, as someone who has experienced cervical spine "issues." The pillow I have is years and years old, so I bit the bullet and ordered a new one. What arrived was smaller than expected, but I was reluctant to return it. Turns out it was perfect to take traveling. We did a driving vacation this summer, staying at several hotels along the way, and I got a good night sleep in each of them thanks to this pillow. Sooo worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thought I wanted a new tempur-neck pillow because my old one actually made my ear hurt during the middle of the night. So got the new one and quit using it after that first night - it is harder than the old one. The new one is now on my living room chair and used as a arm rest or back rest or on the living room floor for my head when doing exercises.

I"m so disappointed in the new tempurpedic neck pillows. These pillows are not the same. The texture is harder and they shortened the length of the pillow alot. Why? Why change the material and the length. This is not the neck pillow that was the best on the market. This is a whole different pillow. Don't waste your money!

Initially, I was highly optimistic and exciting use this expensive pillow because an article I read listed it as the #1 pillow for neck stiffness relief. I was really let down when I used it the first night because of how much it elevated my neck which was too much for my liking & it because of how stiff the pillow is. I really wish this would have worked for me. It now just sits at the edge of my bed. Good thing I didn't throw out my old pillow.

After measuring to make sure I ordered the right size, I was concerned ordering a medium, but the size has been perfect for me. I see a chiropractor every other month, and he commented how I have been taking care of my neck! That is all due to this pillow.

I need support to relieve stiffness, soreness & limited range of motion; of my neck. I have purchased less expensive contour pillows in the past, they were not effective. Nor was a regular pillow folded. I purchased this one at the recommendation of a Dr of Chiropractic?s. It is a much smaller pillow - based on the Dr's assessment of my body frame size. I thought at first that it was not going to be adequate. It is firmer then any other I have tried & conforms to my frame. So far retaining its shape & firmness. It is expensive, but for me money well spent. I am very pleased.

I've had one for 7yrs, never smelled purchased from a back store. This I cannot get smell out post airing for many days outside during day 10-4PM. I cannot stand the smell. Used it 3 times now and have given up. I sleep with a folded towel. Would not recommend it any more. I use to love my old one. Not this. Even made pillow cases for my old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe it helps others but I needed something to support my neck due to general neck pain and the pillow made it hurt worse. Also, they double charged my credit card. I used the chat support to ask for a credit for the double charge and that rep. said he couldn't do it but he'd pass the issue along to the proper department to handle it and they'd get back to me with the resolution "soon"... I have yet to hear from anyone. Now I have to find time to call during business hours (which is hard for me due to my work schedule) and hope that whoever answers can actually help with my credit.
