The quality of the product is excellent. I have severe neck issues and can only you this type of pillow. Overall the experience has been positive and I have been able to sleep better since purchasing this pillow. My condition is severe as mentioned earlier so it is hard to find a pillow that is perfect for my specific needs. This pillow has been an improvement over my previous one so in that regard I can say it is a good pillow. Is it perfect for me, not exactly but again my condition isn't the best. Overall I would recommend this pillow to those who suffer from neck pain while sleeping. It is firm enough but not to firm, it is actually quite comfortable compared to other pillows I've used.

He was changing pillows multiple times at night and was still waking up with pain. Since he changed his pillows to this one he sleeps through entire night like a baby and almost stopped snoring. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have bought Tempur-Pedic neck pillows for years and they have been wonderful. The last pillows I ordered are awful. They are so stiff that you have a hard time sleeping on them. I have been trying to break one in by sleeping on the little side (big side is too stiff), but pillow is still very hard. I would not recommend this pillow and my husband and I are so disappointed that we cannot use them, especially since they are not returnable.

I bought this to replace an old one of the same brand and it is much different. Im very disappointed and tired of wasting money on pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally a pillow that supports me comfortably for a side sleeping position. My shoulders aren't hunched but my head isn't too high either. Very comfortable for me for side sleeping. I'm an average size woman and went with the medium size pillow which is a good fit for me.

Honestly this pillow really does help, since I got it I sleep great now I wake up with no neck pain at all and honesty feel rather refreshed my neck does pop when I turn it in the morning but it really is all good motion moving cracks and is kinda relaxing compared to what I was waking up to before the pillow arrived, the only thing I dislike is the tag placement. I switch from utilizing both sides of the pillow but the consumer tag is on the small side kinda annoying when trying to sleep all in all it has improved my sleep experience tremendously . Ps I thought I ordered the big large one when it arrived I compared it to my sister's pillow and hers was twice the size of mine . but it still is a great pillow

Still experiencing neck and shoulder discomfort while using this pillow. The lower side is too low and strains my neck. So my head feels like it's on an angle. I had a Tempur-Pedic pillow in the past that was amazing! But it became old and needed replacing. I've tried two different Tempur-Pedic pillows to find one like I had that was amazing. No luck.

I really like the firmness but need something in between, like a half shoe size! If there is any way that I can get a pillow that is between a small and medium, please let me know. This is the best pillow I have found for me in the last 20 years. Thanks
