[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a big pillow! It took a bit to get used to as it was on the firmer side when I got it. I was afraid I had made a mistake but over a short period of time it seems to have softened and I fall asleep on it almost immediately every night. I have a troublesome shoulder and this pillow fills in the gap between my neck and shoulder and takes the pressure off. Love it! Great purchase.

Using my Tempur-Neck Pillow has reduced my neck pain considerably. This pillow has allowed me to reduce my chiropractor visits. Of the neck pillows offered by Tempur-Pedic, I chose the only one without cooling, as it is the only one made of firm material. According to many reviews, the other models of neck pillows made with cooling were comprised of a softer material; these reviewers preferred a harder pillow to hold the neck more stable while sleeping. When Tempur-Pedic combines the Tempur-Neck Pillow with the cooling material, I believe they will sell even more of that product. In the meantime I am very pleased with what I have, even though it does become warmer, and am thankful that using this pillow has gotten rid of most of my neck pain. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic!!!

I ordered this pillow to replace an old one of the same product, which was taken by my brother after he stayed and really liked it. The new one is not made with the same material. The new one is more like a foam pillow in the tempur-pedic shape, it does not feel like memory foam. I really miss the memory foam one.

I bought this neck pillow with a BOGO. It is definitely not the same pillow I have bought in the past. I had a back store for 12 years and sold Tempur-Pedic so I know the product. Very disappointed this time. If Tempur-Pedic is using this foam, I will not be buying any more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this pillow for ten years. Recently, my neck and arm problems returned and I realized I needed a new pillow. Ordered it and immediately my pain disappeared. Immediately! Wow! I thought I'd need physical therapy intervention but this pillow saved me and now I get a great nights sleep!

Despite taking measurements, the pillow does not provide enough height. Its also not as long as i expected and does not fit in standard pillowcases. Return or exchange policy is much needed. Other pillow companies offer trials, tempur-pedic should too

This pillow is hard and your head will not sink in like memory foam. I'm a side sleeper and my ear hurts when I tried this pillow. No returns or exchanges for a softer pillow allowed either. Also, the larger contour is too large and the smaller one is too small. All around poor design, and the pillow has not gotten any softer with regular use.

The pillow provides great support for my neck and head and allows me to sleep and rest more comfortably than with a more conventional pillow. I have had two neck surgeries and four shoulder surgeries, and this pillow provides the type of support I need. The material and construction are of high quality, so I expect this pillow will be in service for many years. Initially, the pillow seems hard, but once your body transfers heat, it "softens" up.
