[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used Tempurpedic pillows before and really liked them. They were very comfortable. My husband has been using the same pillow for years but decided to replace it with a new one. We were expecting the new one to be as comfy as the old one. This one is so firm and stiff that it is unusable. Since it can't be returned it is stuck on a shelf in the closet. This was a waste of a lot of money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this pillow for over a decade now and I will never use another pillow! I just recently purchased a new one as my other one was getting old and worn. I am pleased with how long it lasted and I have never experienced such comfort!

Because I use a CPAP machine, it works best for me to use a very firm contour pillow. This one does not fit the bill. Too soft. However, there were 2 and I can use them both to create the same effect. And that is the only reason I didn't return them.

I recently ordered one for my husband, plus one spare to leave in our camper. No idea how many different pillows I've purchased over the years for my bad neck.....this one is the BEST!

I need good neck support while I sleep and have been searching for a pillow that would give that to me. These seemed like the perfect fit. I bought 2 for the price of 1 on a sale weekend and got a medium and large size because I was between sizes. I slept on the large first, and it was too big/kept my head and neck at a weird angle. So their recommendation to go to the smaller size if between sizes is accurate. Next, I slept on the medium size for a few nights. Each morning I woke up with all my neck muscles tight and stiff. I've read that this can happen with super firm pillows because your neck muscles fight against the hard surface and never fully relax. This was true for me. I also had my wife try these pillows and she reported the same stiff neck. Unfortunately, this means that these pillows will be going in the guest room as an option for when we have people stay over. Maybe someone else will find it to be their dream pillow. Overall the construction quality of the pillows was very high and I imagine they would have lasted a long time had they worked for me.

I have recommended this particular pillow to family, friends, and even strangers! It is an excellent pillow and I even take my extra one with me when I travel. Can't sleep without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Functions as described as far as quality of the foam, but I thought that the "small/med" designation referred to the height of the ridge under the neck. The pillow itself is about the size of a couch pillow, so if one person is using this, and the other pillow is regular, the bed looks very lopsided when made. Regular standard pillowcases are way too big, making for a very loose sloppy casing. I have to fold over at least 6 inches on one side and about a foot on the long end, and that never stays put while being used. I would still recommend it, but I wish it was closer to the size of a standard pillow.

I purchased the curved neck pillow. I have had one for many years, was very happy with it and decided to purchase a new one. The new one had a HORRIBLE odor. I called the company. I was told to wash the cover and air out the pillow. I did this for 2 weeks. It still smelled terrible. Out of shear frustration I finally threw it out. I went back to using my original pillow. I was completely dissatisfied with the product.

This was their original style pillow, which is firm and yet very comfortable for those of us with major neck issues. I just recently tried this pillow in small which is even more perfect for my small build. I now have one for travel and one for home!
