[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the TempurPedic product I've purchased that has been an absolute dud. This pillow was so hard that after I laid on it for a while, my head and neck went numb. My partner and I both had the same problem with this pillow. It has no give to it, does not mold to your body, and is very dense and heavy. I confirmed I have the right size based on the measurements TempurPedic provided on their website. Incredibly disappointed that I'm now stuck with pillows that are unusable.

I wanted to love this pillow, but the chemical smell was overpowering. I aired it out for a week -- outdoors -- and put a protective cover as well as a pillowcase on it, but I still couldn't keep my head on it for five minutes because of the smell. I'm not particularly sensitive to chemical odors, but this didn't work for me. And of course I couldn't return a pillow. Expensive lesson.

He measured right at 6inches so I got the lower one as described, but I feel it would have been best to go with the larger one. Im not sure if the size was the issue for him, but since he didn't like it, I just gave it to my son. There is not returns on pillows, so you can regift it if needed. Otherwise, I sleep with it every night and my neck has stopped hurting . I am very satisfied with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product is stiff as a board and terribbly uncomfortable. Tried to return it, but Tempurpedic won't take any returns. So I'm stuck with a pillow I can't use. It's one thing for tempedic to sell these uncomfortable pillows, but it's terrible business to not take any returns and force customers to live with the poor decision to trust this company and purchase their products. My pillows are now sitting in the box since I can't return them.

This is beyond providing stability, it is simply hard. There are no options so, there's nothing to change or trade in for. I conducted the neck to shoulder space measurements. I attempted to use both sides, use it sideways, etc. I just can't get it to work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been in five car wrecks over my 87 years. None of which were my fault. All but one being hit while at a stop. The pillow over the years has been my savior. It provides the support my neck needs. I wake refreshed and ready for another day. I can't tell u how many I have purchased over the years, it is the perfect one for me.

I need good neck support while I sleep and have been searching for a pillow that would give that to me. These seemed like the perfect fit. I bought 2 for the price of 1 on a sale weekend and got a medium and large size because I was between sizes. I slept on the large first, and it was too big/kept my head and neck at a weird angle. So their recommendation to go to the smaller size if between sizes is accurate. Next, I slept on the medium size for a few nights. Each morning I woke up with all my neck muscles tight and stiff. I've read that this can happen with super firm pillows because your neck muscles fight against the hard surface and never fully relax. This was true for me. I also had my wife try these pillows and she reported the same stiff neck. Unfortunately, this means that these pillows will be going in the guest room as an option for when we have people stay over. Maybe someone else will find it to be their dream pillow. Overall the construction quality of the pillows was very high and I imagine they would have lasted a long time had they worked for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Tempurpedic pillows for years and ordered two new ones on Black Friday. They are very hard compared to what they used to be like. I don't really like my new pillows to be honest. And, the large is too tall, even for my 6'2" hubby. I asked if I could return it (still wrapped in the sealed package) and they said no. So, not very happy overall and can't say I recommend them.
