[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a pillow on line, never opened the packaging, pillow was too small, called to send back and was told against policy, your policy is totally un business like and never will I buy or recommend Tempurpedic.

I was so excited to try this pillow offering neck support. I slowly incorporated it into my bedtime because it was awkward at first. After trying it a few times a week, my neck could not take it anymore. It's been about 4 weeks now and I still have the worst pain in my neck and shoulders from laying on this pillow. I wish there was a better return/exchange policy. This was the most expensive and uncomfortable pillow I have a ever purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a medium size pillow. After trying it out with a brand new pillow case for about 15 minutes I realized it was too big. I was very disappointed to find out it can't be returned/exchanged, but you take mattresses back. That makes no sense to me.

I bought a bed ( 14 years ago)and the pillows came with it. My pillows needed to be replaced and my husband bought some other one. We bought a lot on defense brands. He then said we are going to try My Pillows. Will I couldn't sleep on any of them. So I put my foot down and told him I'm going to buy me a Tempur-neck pillow. And I'm so glad I did. I'm sleeping better and my neck doesn't hurt when I wake up. Love the pillows. Next time I'm buying the king size.

I've been using this pillow everyday for over a month. I thought I just had to get used to it but that is not the case since it has been so long. I wake up with a very stiff neck every morning. I think the shape of this pillow is not ideal and that the cloud pillow which is a more traditional shape would work better.

It was way to hard, too short and nothing like my other perfect tempur prefix neck pillow that I had for over 15 years. I was trying to replace that pillow but the new ones are awful not even the same type of material definitely not with the money. I have been trying to pawn the pillow off onto others but no one that has stayed at my house finds it comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already knew the Tempurpedic pillow would help my neck because I've used it in the past but since I have ordered it they have changed and now you have different sizes you can get so I got to meet him this time and it helped my shoulders my pain there so much! Thank you Tempur-Pedic! I've tried so many pillows the water pillow the several others and nothing works like a TempurPedic!

I found that other brands were way too high for a neck contour pillow, but following the size chart worked great-- I would say perfect fit. However, unless you like a really really firm pillow; this isn't for you. A medium or medium-soft option alongside the size option would be great here. I went with using the tempur-cloud adjustable as my "nightly driver" pillow.

Yes, it is firm, but but malleable in the way all Tempur materials are. I use this pillow and have very good success with it as I have a special need for exactly this type of support.
