[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my wife and I to help with neck pain. We figured they would pair well with our Tempur-Pedic mattress. I used the measuring table provided on the product page to choose the proper size for us. After a month, we both found that we were feeling more pain and discomfort than before. Either the sizing is not accurate or the product is not all they make it out to be. This wouldn't be so bad as Tempur-Pedic has a great return policy, right? Well not for pillows. So it doesn't matter what issues you have or that the pillows don't do as they say, Tempur-Pedic doesn't care so much about how well you sleep, just that you buy their next product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would hardly call this a pillow, it is so firm. Too hard to use as a pillow. And even if it was softer, it's too high to use for back sleeping. Since I can't return it, my daughter is using it as back support while sitting up in bed (with a soft pillow between it and her).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillow was only offered in firm. I would preferred if it was a medium. I had a Temper-Pedic Neck 20 years ago it was perfect and it didn't seem as hard. I'm hoping my new pillow will eventually soften a little bit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality and comfort of the pillow is second and on but the size is ridiculously small! Out of the largest size and it's literally smaller than my kid's pillows. I compared it to my old memory foam pillow, which is a queen size, and it's about 5 inches shorter. I don't understand the sizing of their pillows. When you put it onto a king size bed like I have, it looks so out of place.

Even though the box the pillow had come had never been open therefore the pillow itself had never been open I was unable to send the pillow back. So I thought I would give it a try. I tried the pillow for several days but found the pillow very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep.

She used it for about two weeks before very sweetly telling me it was the worst pillow she's ever had and was actually making her migraines worse. I thought well it might just be her and tried it out myself (we have the same measurements) and it really is terrible. I couldn't make it through the night. It was hard as as a brick and I had neck pain the whole next day. Definitely do not recommend.

I have used this type pillow for many years. I use it for my upper back primarily where I have scoliosis and it helps a lot! I get a new one periodically because it seems to make a difference. Similar products by other manufacturers are just not as good. I depend on this Tempur-pedic pillow! It has been a real blessing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have three protruding discs in my neck due to an accident. The only pillow that lets me wake up without neck pain is the Tempur wave neck pillow. I used to have an even firmer one in Germany; alas, they don't make them any more. I even take the pillow on my annual trips to Europe, though it's quite heavy for the suitcase. But it is worth it having no neck pain. Best pillow ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow after a recommendation for neck pain from sleeping. It's super firm and doesn't conform at all while sleeping. The first week was extremely uncomfortable using it, and I've since given up. I did read that the foam needs to be broken in, but currently this pillow is breaking me in. Will keep trying to soften it up so I can sleep with my neck straight.
