[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed to sleep on my side because I snored laying on my back. But regular pillow, even stacked two high, did not give me the support I needed. So I purchased the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow. I put the tempur down first and on top of that a regular pillow and that extra support of the Tempur ended my morning neck aches.

After a reverse shoulder replacement which required wearing a sling and sleeping in a recliner chair for 4 weeks, I developed a pain in my neck. I went to a licensed Medical Message professional for treatment and she recommended a foam pillow. Since I had a Tempurpedic mattress, I investigated and found the sizing chart which is what I purchased. In conjunction with the medical message, the pillow has helped me maintain the muscle and tendon corrections that I have achieved, relieving the pain. I love the case that allows me to take my pillow with me when traveling.

Being a side sleeper, I enjoyed the cushioning of my neck and head. In my opinion, it is the perfect firmness for my protection from headaches as well as neck, shoulder, and body aches and pains. I am a five feet five inch female weighing approximately 140 pounds. I recommend this pillow without reservation.

This is the only pillow that truly allows my neck and upper shoulders to be separated throughout the night while I'm sleeping so I have no pain when I wake up! I only wish there was a slightly softer version as well - some evenings I want more cushion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm really happy with the pillow. I'm a side sleeper and frequently woke up with neck pain and this definitely helps a lot. But the pillow is quite hard (needs to be to keep its shape I guess) so wasn't super comfortable BUT I put a very thin regular pillow on top of it and that fixed the issue. I recommend this approach, with a pillow topper, so to speak, it's 5 stats.

Fantastic products but this pillow is terrible to sleep on. Bought it for my girlfriend, she tried it one night and even after she said how bad it was I tried it for a night. Needless to say I didn't make it through the night. Very hard and uncomfortable. Sorry but I can't remember this pillow

Having used the small neck pillow for many, many years, I no longer have stiff necks! It was so effective for me that my husband has begun using it too and is delighted with how much better he sleeps! We love everything about it!! Our only wish would be to make the small in a shorter version for travel. We have taken an old small neck pillow and cut it in two so we are able to take with us traveling. It works just great! We are a Tempur-pedic family as we also use their mattress and love it too!!!! Exceptional quality and comfort. A truly fantastic product.

Using my Tempur-Neck Pillow has reduced my neck pain considerably. This pillow has allowed me to reduce my chiropractor visits. Of the neck pillows offered by Tempur-Pedic, I chose the only one without cooling, as it is the only one made of firm material. According to many reviews, the other models of neck pillows made with cooling were comprised of a softer material; these reviewers preferred a harder pillow to hold the neck more stable while sleeping. When Tempur-Pedic combines the Tempur-Neck Pillow with the cooling material, I believe they will sell even more of that product. In the meantime I am very pleased with what I have, even though it does become warmer, and am thankful that using this pillow has gotten rid of most of my neck pain. Thank you, Tempur-Pedic!!!

I find it works best when side-sleeping, but it's also comfortable for back-sleeping as long as you don't shift around too drastically. Love how effective it was at helping me sleep without pain after so long!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to love this pillow. I've had a Tempur-Pedic bed for years and will stay loyal to the brand. However, the neck pillow is too firm and is giving me headaches and jaw tension. Not what I was looking for. I wonder if it's just too cold out to use the pillow so I'm going to store it until late spring and see if it work better then.
