[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before purchasing this pillow, I slept over at a friends house, where he had some tempur pedic pillows. After I woke up feeling refreshed, I had to buy some for my husband and I! They have not been a disappointment and have reduced our neck and back pain. I sleep with the large part under my neck, but my husband prefers it upside down. It's comfy both ways!! Sometimes I use it for lumbar support on the couch as well, so comfy!

Life is better with this pillow. It may look like something strange but it has given me the deep sleep I have always wanted. THE BEST PILLOW. I also gave one to a friend of mine and he said it was a "life changing gift" and I don't deserve the credit, temperpedic does!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I noticed immediately that I have less neck pain when I sleep on this pillow than I do when using a regular pillow. It lost 1 star for me because the bump that supports my neck is just a little too tall and firm to be cozy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I Switch my pillows from many other brands to Tempur-Neck Pillow, I feel much more easier to fall asleep and even deep sleep. Highly recommend! I owned 2 of this incredible products, my cat often occupied one of them :)

I had a tempur-neck pillow for 10 years and want to buy a new one to replace the old one. But the quality is totally difference from the previous pillow. They are not as comfort as before, I can't sleep on that for a minute and my neck hurt. The worst thing is that the pillow is non-returnable. The pillow is so expensive and you can't return it even though you are not satisfy with the product. Don't try your luck!!

When I received it, it didn't fix my neck pain and actually caused headaches in the middle of the night and when I replaced pillow with a different one, the headache went away. I'm not happy with this pillow, and I wanted to exchange it for a different one but they wouldn't do it. I didn't even want my money back, just wanted another pillow. It was a hard NO!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only sleep on my side and have a lot of back issues. I did the measurements as tempurpedic informs you to do before buying the pillow. Based on the measurements I needed a large. I advise you to probably size down if you order this pillow. The shape of the pillow creates a roll or wave effect so if your pillow is too large, like mine, then your ear is pressed against the top of the pillow where it is the highest and it is the most uncomfortable pillow. Unfortunately they have a zero return policy on pillows so I basically have to throw this away and look elsewhere for a new one. My suggestion is if you can't try this pillow out in person then look elsewhere.

I use to have one of these pillows and LOVED it......what I recently ordered and received was NOTHING compared to what I had. This pillow is so small that it drowns in a regular size pillow case. It is not very supportive compared to what I had!!! I am just blown away at the lack of quality. So disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Tempurpedic mattress for 20 years and I love it. So, i bought one of these pillows thinking it would also be great. It is not. It's super stiff and very uncomfortable. It caused neck pain from the start and I had to abandon use after three days. You can't return it, so I am stuck with a very expensive pillow that I can't use. Totally unhappy with the experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using a Large Tempur-Pedic pillow many years ago. I'm a small person but have a long neck, so the old Large size worked really well for me. I recently replaced with a new Large (I also measured per the instructions), but it feels too big for me and is so much harder than the old one (even when the old one was new), all of which is making it extremely difficult for me to relax my neck into the pillow the way I could with my previous one. I would suggest possibly going down a size if you are replacing a pillow. I wish I'd kept the packaging to try to exchange it; it didn't occur to me that there would be a problem since I'd ordered the same size.
