[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the medium based on suggested measurements. Overall, the pillow was too hard and too small. It was not comfortable for me to sleep on. Because Tempurpedic does not accept returns of these kinds of items, I had to just get rid of it and did so after a week of owning it.

Unfortunately, after taking measurements, I bought both the small and the medium. (I am currently sleeping on my back because of a pinched nerve in my neck, but I have always preferred sleeping on my side.) I bought a Tempur-Pedic pillow twenty years ago; it was amazing. I took it everywhere. After a decade it just got too old and misshapen, and I didn't get around to replacing it until now. I don't know if it got redesigned or what, but this is a totally different pillow--much firmer and with the wrong contour. Even the small one digs into my neck in a very unpleasant way. Obviously I should have tried these pillows out at a Tempur-Pedic store before I bought them, but I was sure they would be wonderful because of my experience with what I assumed was the same pillow. No. Very sorry about that.

It took a little while to adjust but since I started using it my sleep has gotten significantly better. I have spine problems resulting in a very stiff neck. Since using this pillow my neck stiffness has at least been cut in half, if not more. I would highly recommend it.

Called before ordering new one and gave representative number on tag to be sure I was ordering same one. This is very different and hard as a rock. Now I found out it is not returnable even though still in plastic. Cannot use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I love the shape of this pillow, it's amazing and exactly the shape I am looking for. However, this pillow is rock hard. Both both my husband and myself we had to stop using it. It was so firm that our EARS hurt when we slept on our sides. It's crazy. When we ordered these pillows there was only one firmness to chose from, and we assumed it would be ok, because we had one of these pillows before, but now they are just sitting in our store room. Sad. Total waste of money.

And since Tempurpedic has generous return policies for their mattress I thought it was safe to splurge on such a pricy pillow only to learn that pillows are non-returnable because of their "personal nature".

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This purchase was worth it!! It's a bit firm (more than I'm used to), but I adjusted after a couple days of sleeping on the pillow. My neck and shoulders have not felt tense or tired when I wake up. I think this pillow is even correcting my posture. Love it!

I should have dug a little deeper into the specs of this pillow before ordering. I was hoping for more of a queen size pillow by purchasing the 'Large' size, however it was smaller than a twin pillow when I received it. Also the foam is not very dense and is easily compressed. The search continues...

Having developed neck arthritis I have three types of Tempur-pedic pillows that I alternate between, depending on how my neck feels. When particularly sensitive, my go-to is the neck pillow as it provides relief. It truly helps. The next morning, there is usually less pain.
