I wanted to love this pillow, but the chemical smell was overpowering. I aired it out for a week -- outdoors -- and put a protective cover as well as a pillowcase on it, but I still couldn't keep my head on it for five minutes because of the smell. I'm not particularly sensitive to chemical odors, but this didn't work for me. And of course I couldn't return a pillow. Expensive lesson.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So this pillow works and is comfortable in the foam firmness it just is way too small, I ordered the small after going off the measurements, wish I would have bought a medium or large. Tempurpedic does not accept returns on pillows so I'm stuck with an ok pillow.

My husband has been using the same pillow for years but decided to replace it with a new one. We were expecting the new one to be as comfy as the old one. This one is so firm and stiff that it is unusable. Since it can't be returned it is stuck on a shelf in the closet. This was a waste of a lot of money!

I used to have a tempur-pedic pillow years ago. I had it for more than 10 years which is the only reason I ever got rid of it. At the time I didn't have chronic pain or discomfort so I didn't buy another one. Now, I do have chronic shoulder and neck pain. After our current pillow seemed to be making things worse, I decided to invest again in Tempur-pedic. I bought two, one for me and one for my husband. Unfortunately I am disappointed in my purchase. These pillows are nonrefundable and my neck/shoulder pain has not improved since switching. My husband isn't a fan of his either. The product isn't as good quality as it was in the past. I should've researched the return policy prior to purchase.

I love this pillow! It is small in size so it takes a moment to get used to the size. But the first night's sleep was all it took for that. The pillow has relieved pain in my neck and shoulders and reduced my snoring about 75% of the time. Now if Tempurpedic could alleviate drooling, my sleep would be perfect!

This is not a "squishy" pillow you love to curl up with but my chiropractor recommended I purchase one. It is expensive but it does hold up. (This is my second one since my son grabbed the first one a few years ago and is still using it.) I purchased it because I was waking up each morning with headaches. Since I have been using it, I think the number of headaches have gone down. I still get them but not as much. Would I purchase it again, probably, if I had the extra money.

They're labeled as memory foam but they're a bit stiff and don't seem to hold their impressioned shape for a duration comparable to other memory foam pillows I've used. Not a bad product though. I like the ergonomic form and they serve the purpose they were purchased for. If I were to suggest improvements to the manufacturer, it would be to soften then slightly and use a more viscous memory foam.

At the time I was shocked on how small the pillow was compared to a (standard pillow ) but I still gave it a chance and found it to work well. Since then I used other pillows from different brands and they all caused neck and ear pain. Because the ear and neck pain became to much to handle I broke down and purchased another Tempur-neck pillow. It really works great to reduce/eliminate ear and neck pain. I like the pillow, for me it works great. I do however have one complaint: During the ordering process I found it difficult to determine what size (s,m,l) pillow to purchase. I made the recommended measurements and found that a LARGE size is what Tempur recommend BUT I decided to order the MEDIUM size instead. I sleep on both my sides and my back and felt that the medium would better suit my needs. I was correct, the medium is what worked for me (By the way im 5'10" and 200lbs (As a refer)).

So I ordered the Tempur-Neck pillow online, and it was love at first sleep. Primarily a side sleeper, I often put my hands under lesser pillows for height and support. However now, with the Tempur-Neck, I've got full support, even rolling over and adjusting positions. Look who's sleeping all through the night like a big girl!
