I took advantage of the bogo offer and treated myself and my daughter for our birthdays. My neck feels so much better since I've been using my pillow. It's extremely comfortable and it really works! It gives my neck the support it needs and that's very important to me since I suffer from degenerative disc disease in my neck and need a good quality neck pillow... This pillow is the one! I love it and recommend it to everyone!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is no longer made the same way. I just recently bought 2 neck pillows - 1 medium for me and 1 large for my partner. The medium one does not support my neck. It is too soft and sort of fluffy right out of the packaging. I immediately called the company and was told it was not returnable. I tried to explain that the pillow is too soft even in its packaging and that it was just delivered to my home. I even explained that on the website it says it is firm which it is not. However, the large neck pillow is still much firmer than the medium. Previously they were both firm just different sizes for your neck. I am sorely disappointed in this company for changing the product and not disclosing it.

When I have a cold or headache, this pillow gives me therapeutic comfort and relief. Can't live without it!!

I have been using a Tempur-Pedic small pillow for over 20 years. I have to replace them every 5 years or so, its well worth it. I have arthritis and have had whiplash from accidents twice over the year. This pillow helps me sleep like a baby and wake refreshed and pain free. No other pillow has been this comfortable! I bought a queen size contoured pillow after my older one went soft. Unfortunately the new model is more interwoven with fabric and the 'give' is not as isolated, resulting in a less comfortable pillow for neck-issue sufferers. The older pillow would give _only_ where your head lay, while the newer one pulls down an extended area. This means you can't simply shift to a spot slighty away from where your head rested in order to 'reset'.

I feel I was misled by the photos used to promote this product in social media ads. I got sucked in by the buy one get one deal and admittedly didn't check the fine print about the actual specs. I assumed a "medium" would be a standard pillow, since it looks to be so in the photo. But in reality, it is about the size of an airline neck pillow. I got some covers for them and my dog now enjoys laying on them on the couch, but I would not recommend these pillows if you are looking for something for your bed.

I've tried different memory foam contoured pillows before and this is by far the best one! It didn't smell when it was taken out of the box like many others so I wasn't worried about breathing in any toxins. Unlike many other memory foam products which are made in China which is a worry this pillow is made in the US. Trust the sizing guide, I thought it seemed a little low when I first got it but I quickly realized it is the perfect size. I have slept like a baby ever since I got the pillow, even if I had overworked muscles. Would recommend for anyone and everyone. (Only thing that bothers me a little but not really that much is that it is quite a bit shorter than regular pillows width-wise so it can't fill up my pillow case but I could live with that!)

Honestly this pillow really does help, since I got it I sleep great now I wake up with no neck pain at all and honesty feel rather refreshed my neck does pop when I turn it in the morning but it really is all good motion moving cracks and is kinda relaxing compared to what I was waking up to before the pillow arrived, the only thing I dislike is the tag placement. I switch from utilizing both sides of the pillow but the consumer tag is on the small side kinda annoying when trying to sleep all in all it has improved my sleep experience tremendously . Ps I thought I ordered the big large one when it arrived I compared it to my sister's pillow and hers was twice the size of mine . but it still is a great pillow

I have had a great experience with my neck pillow. I am finally able to sleep through the night. I recommend using the sizing guide. I gave four stars instead of five because I was under the impression that I bought a firm neck pillow and it was standard. Unable to exchange. If you are like me and struggled to sleep without a pillow but couldn't find pillow, then this is your neck pillow to get!!!!
