[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Tempur-Pedic! However the quality of this pillow is incredibly disappointing. It is literally as hard as a rock and doesn't get softer with use. I immediately get headaches every time I use it and I hardly get headaches at all. My husband and I joke about not throwing the "brick" around too carelessly or we could hurt someone. The shape would have been excellent and everything I needed if it weren't for how hard the pillow is. I wish they would have at least let me exchange the pillow (I knew immediately I didn't want it upon opening the box, with the pillow still within its plastic protective sheet. If super hard pillows are your jam, however, this pillow is for you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used Tempurpedic pillows for years and ordered two new ones on Black Friday. They are very hard compared to what they used to be like. I don't really like my new pillows to be honest. And, the large is too tall, even for my 6'2" hubby. I asked if I could return it (still wrapped in the sealed package) and they said no. So, not very happy overall and can't say I recommend them.

When I ordered our bed, I asked for two pillows. Representative did NOT tell me there are different sized pillows. She sent regular and it was too high for me and it hurt my neck. I called and very accommodating customer service rep offered me a courtesy exchange and sent me a smaller pillow and gave me free shipping to return the larger one. It all worked out well in the end. Just be sure to order the size pillow you think you'll need so you won't have to return a pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been trying to find something for better neck support. I didn't realize this product could not be returned when I bought it. I slept on it once with a sheet covering it and found it to be really uncomfortable. I put it back in the box where it is just sitting in my house. I get that others may really like this pillow. I wasn't bothered that it wasn't the right pillow for me. What bothers me is that I can't return it. For that reason alone I'll never buy Tempur-pedic products again.

It's been several years since I bought my last pillow and I needed a new one. The new one is so hard that I can't sleep on it. I'm so disappointed because I have neck pain and this new pillow is making my pain worse. I don't know what I am going to try next. Wish they hadn't changed, but it is definitely made with different material. My quality of sleep is suffering dreadfully.

I didn't think buying a new pillow would solve all my problems, but I was desperate enough to try it out. The first few night and mornings sleeping on it were rough. But things imperceptibly improved until one day I woke up and went about my day and realized my neck pain was gone! It was amazing! Buying a new pillow didn't solve all my problems, but it did help in a very significant way! Another thing that's impressed me about this pillow is the way it doesn't bother my jaw when I sleep on my side. It might be the softness or the shape, but my facial pain in the mornings has greatly improved. Worth every penny. Wish I would have bought it sooner.

This pillow provides the support I need to sleep with my neck in proper alignment without being stiff or rigid. It is perfectly comfortable to sleep on my back, side or stomach which is perfect for someone who doesn't stick to one position.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had neck and upper back fusion in 2017. This is the only pillow I can use. It is amazing. It keeps my head at a neutral angle. I have traveled without it and that was a huge mistake! Without it I would wake with a horrible headache, sore neck and shoulders and no sleep. I now always bring one along. i am a side sleeper and very occasionally back sleeper and it feels so comfortable either way. I just love it! I am on my third one and ready to buy the fourth. I would like to see a travel one that is not as wide to save space. Thank You!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would suggest getting the medium size, even if you can fit the large pillow between your shoulder / neck / head. Yes, they do indent a little from your head weight, but I find it's not enough and wake up with a stiff neck and/or having pushed the large edge of the pillow out from under my neck to under the very top of my head!

Although I measured my neck to shoulder, as suggested, pillow, I received is extremely uncomfortable, and I can't sleep on it. I think it's ridiculous that the return policy will not allow you to return or exchange a product. They'll exchange a mattress after 90 days, but not a pillow that you've tried out for one night.
