[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been buying this pillow for over 20 years. After TMJ surgery my Dr. recommend this pillow to relieve the pressure on the joint. It really helps. I haven't bought a different brand pillow since. Now all my family enjoy restful sleep with this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The small neck pillow is not as thick or firm as the original neck pillow which I've purchased in the past, so I am disappointed. It is very thin and much less supportive for the neck, making it too thin and soft for my needs. I hope Tempur-Pedic will make this an extra small pillow, perhaps for children, and go back to the original structure of their neck pillow. I purchased the medium firm pillow, but it is almost too firm and too large for me. Alas, I am looking at purchasing another pillow from a different company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I began having horrible neck/back pains when I would wake up, but the Tempur- neck pillow changed all that for me. Not only do I not wake up in pain but I get a good nights rest. It is worth every penny for sure.

I was interested in this pillow because my roommate had the original version. She said she bought it long time ago. So I made sure I got the "original" TEMPUR-Neck Pillow. When I received the product, there was a noticeable difference between my roommates pillow and the pillow I ordered. Her TEMPUR-Neck Pillow was much firmer than the ones I got despite of it being older/used longer. Her pillow supported my neck really nicely. The one I ordered were softer and still left some tension after sleeping on it from the past few months. Nevertheless, I decided to keep it because it's better than not having "any" neck support. Overall, I'm ok with the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow I have. Wish it was firmer like the older version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm sure the pillow is normally great, as I've seen many positive reviews for it, but it is way too hard for someone that suffers from TMJ. I originally bought the pillow to help me sleep on my back without turning over in the middle of the night, but it didn't prevent that at all and gave me horrible flare ups in my jaw even when laying on my back or side. Still might be worth a try if you don't have jaw pain! Just make sure you can handle a very firm pillow.

It was extremely stiff and hard that it was giving me neck pain-couldn't keep it for longer than a an hour. I had to give it away because I couldn't exchange nor return.

We have owned neck pillows in the past. After purchasing our mattress and loving it we decided to try the pillows. We purchased 2 neck pillows and we were very disappointed. First one on her chest was a medium sized neck pillow and it was way too small and very stiff and hard. The second one we purchased was the large neck pillow just to try it out thinking maybe it would be better than the medium. The large neck pillow also was much smaller than what we thought a large pillow would be and it was definitely way too stiff and hard. We have had them for about two months now and still they are very uncomfortable. We have tried numerous occasions sleeping with the pillows and they are very uncomfortable and We end up waking up in more pain than when we went to bed.

I purchased this pillow because I have neck and back issues. It supports my head and neck perfectly. This is my 3rd time I've bought this pillow over many years. It has helped my neck issues tremendously. No more pain. I sleep very well with this pillow. When I travel, I take this pillow with me. The BEST PILLOW I've ever used!!

These pillows are not the original neck pillows that I purchased years ago. They stink and have been airing out since I received them, so I have not been able to use them. Very disappointing. Was considering a mattress to but there is no chance of that. FAIL!
