for all the years i have been buying these pillows, this was the first time i was so disappointed. I needed one and my daughter needed one so i bought the buy one get one free. these pillows are much too soft, I can't imagine what happened. All of my previous neck pillows have been firm, supportive and quite comfortable. These two are soft, weak and totally disappointing. I know I can't return them, so now I am wondering if i will be purchasing them again. Even my older tempurpedic neck pillow has more to offer than what I purchased. i have used these pillows in the past to support my neck and shoulders while i sleep. until now it had made it easier for me to sleep, helped my adjustments hold better and so on. Very disappointed in the new pillows

Recently, because I was chastised by my friend for having it so long and hadn't upgraded to a newer one. I knew it was hypoallergenic and wasn't worried at all. To appease her concern for me, I upgraded to your new neck pillow and have loved the experience! It's hard enough that it gives good support to my neck, but it took me a few different tries to find which side works for me. The thicker side (I think this is how you're supposed to use it) was too high for me, and it ended up tensing my shoulder overnight as I slept. The thinner side works much better for me, and I have been happy with it. It does take some time to get used to, but once you find your sweet spot, it's a great pillow for those suffering from chronic neck pain.

When I got my pillow, the smell was very bad and strong. So I let it sit in my living room for three days try to let the smell run out. But it did not! So I take off the cover and washed it hope the smell disappears. It did get a bit better, at least I can sleep on it without getting a bad headache.

They are the best neck pillows, and helps my neck a lot. They will last close to five years. Your neck will let you know when you need a new one. I date when I purchased the pillow on the tag itself. There is nothing that I don't like about it. Thank you for making the best neck pillow.

The Neck Pillow is helping me sleep better. I got into a motorcycle accident and went to therapy multi time and they recommend me to get a neck pillow. After 4 years the Neck Pillow help me sleep better without any pain on the neck since my neck was straight and not curve.

Lying on the Tempur-Neck Pillow feels like lying on a bouncy water balloon.
