[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried countless pillows on the market in an attempt to find the perfect match for my body, but I always come back to the Tempur neck pillow. While very firm, the memory foam molds to my body through the night. It is very important to get the right size. I am 5'4" and use the medium loft pillow. I do also have the size small, but it's not quite lofted enough. I am a side/ back sleeper which I think is ideal for this pillow design.

I think if it was thicker, and if it had a layer of cotton to soften it on top, I think it would be great. I have a extra soft tempur-pedic bed, and love it. I wish they did the same with this pillow by putting a softener on top.

This purchase was to replace a Tempurpedic pillow that was probably 20 years old (and should have been replaced 10 years ago). My only advice is that I would have gone 'up' a size,

I called Temper-pedic to report that new pillow, reported as delivered, had not arrived. Your rep. suggested I contact UPS, but I was "sure" the pillow had not been delivered. Later I was surprised to find out my neighbor had seen the package on my doorstep and took it home for safekeeping, but forgot to let me know. I was happy to get the pillow. I was even more surprised when a week later UPS delivered another pillow, which I assumed was Temper-pedic's very kind replacement for the "lost" pillow. I had the UPS driver return the pillow to you. Thanks for the extra mile of customer service. By the way, I am very pleased with the Temper-pedic pillow and would heartedly recommend your company and product.

I am a side sleeper, and (as a result of a lifetime of contact sports and poor judgement) I have had multiple shoulder injuries that often make side sleeping uncomfortable. As such, I have been searching for a comfortably firm pillow for years, and this is the pillow I have been looking for. In the week I have had it, I have slept better and woken up with less pain. I recognize that every body is different, and every person has different preferences when it comes to sleep comfort. For me, this is the absolute perfect pillow and by far the best pillow that I have ever used. This pillow is so good that I am going to buy two more today incase the pillows are discontinued and I ever need to replace my current pillow in the future.

I purchased neck pillow after going through how it will help the quality of sleep. I think as I have been sleeping on the traditional pillows, I am not comfortable sleeping on this pillow yet.
