[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow does seem to meet the specified design, and has slightly improved my sleep and neck pain, however, the pillow is much smaller than advertised. Whatever you are thinking, knock about 30-40% off, and that is the size it is.

The contour supports my neck while I sleep and makes more space for my shoulder. It's very firm and doesn't smoosh down during the night. I mostly sleep on my side, but the pillow is also very comfortable for sleeping on my back. Don't get this pillow if you're a stomach sleeper. Definitely take the time to measure yourself so you get the correct size- I am 5'9" and needed a large based on the measurements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing pillow especially if you sleep on your side. It's firm enough to hold your head position the entire night but soft enough that it's not uncomfortable. It's also easy to clean as you can take off the cover and wash it.

I bought this to replace an old one of the same brand and it is much different. Im very disappointed and tired of wasting money on pillows.

I purchase two of these pillows, for my wife and myself, following some complaints from my wife about the previous pillows we had, and a very frequent neck pain I was waking up with since some weeks. When it arrived, I was still skeptical... maybe too soft... maybe too tall... well, I put it to test and my neck pain went away from the very first night using it. I was also skeptical on the materials... seemed like this was an old-er model not up to date with the latest cooling tech... I was wrong... I do love this and how it feels, and the temperature on my cheek is just right, both in hot and cold nights. In conclusion, I thought it was an older product with problems and that it would not work for me, and I couldn't have been more wrong about it.

I have been buying this pillow for the past 20 years. One every year. I recently bought 2 for my husband and myself and was so disappointed. They are both so soft and feel like there is nothing to them. Not like the older ones at all. I don't know what I'll do now.

I bought this pillow with hopes it would help my neck pain. I have a tempurpedic mattress and love it. This pillow is horrible, however. It's not just "firm", it's hard as a rock. I ordered the size small based on my measurements and it is MUCH too small. It put pain on my shoulder when side sleeping, even though I am a petite, 5' 3" woman. It's a shame tempurpedic does not offer returns, I am very disappointed.

So there was no question when we decided to replace our neck pillows our first and only choice was Tempur-pedic. Great quality perfect sizing and comfort. Definitely recommend.

I can also use it to prop up myself. The pillow is very firm but I'm breaking it in and it feels like someone is holding my head which is perfect for me.
