This is the worst pillow I have ever had. I slept on it once and got an extreme headache from how hard it was. And now I can't return it because there is only a 90 trial on mattresses and not pillows. Terrible.

I absolutely love the pillow, its beautiful, how it supports the body my one and only wish is it was coming in less firm - when you sleep on your side it hurts the face and ear :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used a soft pillow before buying this and suddenly planned to buy it thinking it to be a soft one. But instead it was a hard foam. Not as hard as I thought but But it was much comfortable.

I have purchased Tempur neck pillows in the past and loved them. The foam is different now and way too firm for me. I can't use this pillow and I guess I'll give it away if anyone will take it.

I have been using this product since the 1990's so yes I am so very pleased with it. My Tempur-Neck Pillow is my pillow of choice and would have no other.
