[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillow is very comfortable and plush. It did take about a week or two for the chemical? smell to go away. I no longer wake up with neck pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too hard. Developed neck pain that radiated to shoulders/lower back. Not good for those w possible pinched nerve in neck/upper back-caused migraines until I stopped using the pillow.

Ready to move this pillow to the closet. I've used the pillow for several weeks, making every effort to find a comfortable position for my neck and head. I really wanted to like this pillow, but it just isn't working for me.

This pillow is very uncomfortable it is too thick does not conform to my neck I am in more pain trying to sleep with it I could never recommend this pillow for neck pain relief

I love this pillow. I have had it for 5 years now and it took a couple weeks to break the pillow in but after that I loved it. I actually sleep with my neck on the lower side but I just found it the most comfortable for myself.

I just received these pillows today and was so disappointed at how small they are for a standard size pillow. Seems to have good support but I would have preferred a larger size. Pillows are not eligible for returns so I guess I'll deal with it.
