The pillow is very hard, couldn't use it for even 1 hour. The return policy is worst. Company tricks customer in to buying by not highlighting return eligibility details. I think the money is wasted.

Terrible pillow that hurt my neck. It is much smaller than a standard sized pillow. Ripoff product that you cannot return - quality has gone down over the years.

I recently tried this pillow since my chiropractor recommended a memory foam pillow. My entire spine ached and my neck hasn't stopped hurting all day. I would not recommend this pillow. Perhaps a different shaped memory foam pillow would be better.

I love your pillows and cannot understand WHY you stopped making a king size version. I need to replace mine b/c I've had it for a number of years. The regular size is simply too small on a king size bed. I may have to find another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most $ I ever spent on a pillow, however my wife kept budging me because I was apparently snoring (never happens) using this pillow I fell into a very deep sleep!

I had the orginal Tempurpedic pillow with my Tempurpedic bed and it was a much nicer quality than the new one. The new one is shorter and I got the medium and I really do not like it and maybe should have tried the smaller.
