I measured my shoulder, just as instructed. But my pillow doesn't fit my neck. When lying down on my side, it's the right height for my shoulder. But the fat edge is too wide for my neck. Does that make sense? Another way to explain is: the thinnest part of the pillow is about 1/3 across. It should be abound 1/2 way across.

I've had cervical/neck issues for a long time do I was hopeful this pillow would help with my neck issues but I was amazed that it even took away my shoulder pain. I highly recommend this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was surprised to see it first, I expected normal pillow dimensions but it is lot smaller than regular pillows. It is very firm as well. I can only use this pillow for side sleeping and in that too its not that comfortable.

This review is for the Small size. I have a petite frame and chose this size for the height of the pillow. The pillow appears well made and the foam firmness and height dimension are good. However, the depth dimension is too small - if I align my neck so that it rests on the lower raised edge of the pillow, the crown of my head hits against the higher raised edge toward the back. The area of the pillow that is indented so your head fits into it is too small, so the pillow forces my chin toward my chest and it doesn't provide the alignment I was expecting. For the price and the advertised benefits, I would expect the dimensions to be designed with an ergonomic fit in mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have bought Tempur-Pedic neck pillows for years and they have been wonderful. The last pillows I ordered are awful. They are so stiff that you have a hard time sleeping on them. I have been trying to break one in by sleeping on the little side (big side is too stiff), but pillow is still very hard. I would not recommend this pillow and my husband and I are so disappointed that we cannot use them, especially since they are not returnable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Tempurpedic pillow for years and it was great. I bought a new pillow and it was way too hard to use. It hurt my neck and felt like I was sleeping on a cement brick. Since you cannot return it, it was a waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these for my wife and I to help with neck pain. We figured they would pair well with our Tempur-Pedic mattress. I used the measuring table provided on the product page to choose the proper size for us. After a month, we both found that we were feeling more pain and discomfort than before. Either the sizing is not accurate or the product is not all they make it out to be. This wouldn't be so bad as Tempur-Pedic has a great return policy, right? Well not for pillows. So it doesn't matter what issues you have or that the pillows don't do as they say, Tempur-Pedic doesn't care so much about how well you sleep, just that you buy their next product.

Bought the medium pillow originally and loved it, but I realized I needed to go smaller. Upon receiving the pillow, it was ripped in some areas and damaged. Called customer service and they sent a new one right away, unfortunately that one was damaged as well but not terribly so I use it. Customer service was very good and I love using the pillow. No shoulder or neck pain when I wake up and I love it for side sleeping. Would definitely recommend the pillow.

I purchased the TEMPUR neck pillow to replace one I previously owned. While the curve of the new pillow fit my neck well, the good news ended there. I found the new material in the product to be much harder but worse than that, very irritating to my skin. I had a rash on my face from using the pillow which persisted until I gave up and stopped using it. I tried putting additional pillow cases (up to 3) on top of the one it came with but nothing helped. Of course I had also washed the zip off case but unfortunately the pillow itself is not washable.

Got for my wife who has lower neck issues and used to constantly toss and turn on her old pillow. This small pillow keeps her head and neck supported perfectly and keeps her a lot cooler than a regular pillow with its heat dissipating attributes. Wonderful product!!
