I started having neck issues almost every night, and at my wife's recommendation, I bought this pillow. I love it. It has greatly alleviated the issues I was having with my stiff neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can have severe neck pain, but with this pillow I lay down and within 20 minutes it is gone because of its unique shape holding my neck up. It's like magic. I think it could be just a little bit softer and have a more comfortable feel for the whole night. Also, it didn't come with a pillow case and it is not intuitive to me which pillow case fits this exactly. I have tried three different pillowcases and would like to have a tight fit on the pillow, but can't figure out how to get it.

It really helps. I haven't bought a different brand pillow since. Now all my family enjoy restful sleep with this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I love the shape of this pillow, it's amazing and exactly the shape I am looking for. However, this pillow is rock hard. Both both my husband and myself we had to stop using it. It was so firm that our EARS hurt when we slept on our sides. It's crazy. When we ordered these pillows there was only one firmness to chose from, and we assumed it would be ok, because we had one of these pillows before, but now they are just sitting in our store room. Sad. Total waste of money.

I love my Tempurpedic neck pillow. My doctor had recommended I purchase one because I had so many issues with my neck. Needless to say, it was one of the best decisions of my life! My first two pillows were the small size and this time I bought a medium. When I first started using the medium size pillow, I felt it was much firmer than my smaller one and I wasn't sure I liked it. Now I don't notice the difference so much, and my neck is still very happy! I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone with neck Issues. It may take a little time getting used to it, but once you do, you'll never want to go back to a traditional pillow!

This was something I knew going forward, but it is worth saying that it is true, and this pillow is very, very small. As to the pillow itself, I found it very uncomfortable. I typically like a very firm memory foam pillow and had used a different brand for about 10 years now. It had seen better days so I wanted to give this Tempur Neck Pillow a try. Even though I like a firm pillow I found this extremely firm; too firm for my taste. I used the pillow for a week in hopes that I would get used to it and that it might soften up a little. After using it for 7 days, my neck was hurting and my sleep was suffering because of it so I stopped using the pillow. Unfortunately Tempur has zero return policy on any pillows, so I'm stuck with this pricy, unusable pillow. Both my wife and daughter gave it a try as well, but they too found it uncomfortable. I realize the reason there is no return policy, but it does make ordering a pillow here a risky option. You can't try it out, and if you don't happen to like it, you're out a significant amount of money. Again, I knew all of this up-front, but didn't expect the pillow to be this uncomfortable. I'm back to using my 10 year old pillow.

Honestly this pillow really does help, since I got it I sleep great now I wake up with no neck pain at all and honesty feel rather refreshed my neck does pop when I turn it in the morning but it really is all good motion moving cracks and is kinda relaxing compared to what I was waking up to before the pillow arrived, the only thing I dislike is the tag placement. I switch from utilizing both sides of the pillow but the consumer tag is on the small side kinda annoying when trying to sleep all in all it has improved my sleep experience tremendously . Ps I thought I ordered the big large one when it arrived I compared it to my sister's pillow and hers was twice the size of mine . but it still is a great pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to love this pillow as I've used it for years. My previous one became too soft after a few years and so I had to replace it. Now it's so hard it's uncomfortable. I've tried standing on it jumping on it to try to wear it down, but it's still too hard. Unfortunately, I won't be using it.
