Went back to my old temperpedic neck pillow. I ordered new as have had old one for quite awhile and thought it should be replaced

Overpriced in my opinion. And poor customer service: no returns available for a $100+ pillow. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I have used these pillows in the past and loved them, but they are no longer using 100% memory foam. The new pillows have a harder core that caused me neck pain. I thought I could return the pillow, but they do not refund pillows and I bought a 2 for one deal :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to have good neck support or I won't be able to sleep and will have neck pain. This is my 3rd tempur pedic neck pillow in about 30 years. I've tried others, even on from my chiropractor, but they don't compare to this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I love the pillows and have been using one for 15 years. Thought I would treat myself to a new one and ordered a medium. Unfortunately it's too thick and they don't take returns on anything but mattresses (used it two nights), so I have a pillow that hurts my neck. When ordering keep in mind that even if it hurts it's yours to enjoy. If your feeling lucky, order a pillow and maybe... just maybe you'll get the correct thickness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my neck pillow. It provides firm support with the right amount of contour. Not too firm though. I'm a side sleeper and use a regular pillow underneath the neck pillow. The extra support elevates the overall pillow height to fit me alleviating my chronic neck pain. I've tried other neck pillow products, but all are too soft and lack enough contour for my needs. I hope this review helps you figure out if this pillow might be right for you.

My husband and I both use these pillows for our necks problems. I have stenosis and he had disc surgery. We are both tall and got the medium height. The pillow gives great support. It took a little getting used to but now it's like my Temperpedic mattress- I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow itself takes getting used to so let me explain. First, the shape itself takes getting used to. It's an unusual shape to begin with but you do get used to it after about ten sleeps on it. Secondly, it's a very stiff memory foam. Not a negative but again going from a worn pillow to this takes about ten sleeps to break in. Thirdly (which is why I only gave 3 stars) is the sizing is wrong. The website says if you're between two sizes, get the smaller one (between a medium and a large, get the medium). I did that and I've come to discover it's too small for me. I feel my neck could use the larger size and there's no return policy from Tempurpedic that would allow me to exchange and for the cost of one of these pillows, that's a major disappointment.

Having developed neck arthritis I have three types of Tempur-pedic pillows that I alternate between, depending on how my neck feels. When particularly sensitive, my go-to is the neck pillow as it provides relief. It truly helps. The next morning, there is usually less pain.

I feel I was misled by the photos used to promote this product in social media ads. I got sucked in by the buy one get one deal and admittedly didn't check the fine print about the actual specs. I assumed a "medium" would be a standard pillow, since it looks to be so in the photo. But in reality, it is about the size of an airline neck pillow. I got some covers for them and my dog now enjoys laying on them on the couch, but I would not recommend these pillows if you are looking for something for your bed.
