We purchased because we had one previously that was very comfortable. Did you change the material? We bought two based on liking the first one. BIG MISTAKE! Neither one of us can use these. Will never buy anything this expensive that cannot be returned.

Once I got this I found I no longer needed to use the extra support. It feels good because my shoulders feel like they're well supported with the size and firmness of the pillow.

I'm 6 foot tall, 190 pounds and I bought the medium neck pillow. The pillow is too narrow. My head didn't fit in the curve of the pillow and the bump that goes under your neck forces you to sleep on your side always, that is, you can't sleep on your back because the bump is too big and pushes your neck up too much. I took advantage of the two for one deal and gave the other pillow to a friend. He had the same problems. It's just not a comfortable pillow. What's worse is that there are no returns on pillows :(

I bought this neck pillow with a BOGO. It is definitely not the same pillow I have bought in the past. I had a back store for 12 years and sold Tempur-Pedic so I know the product. Very disappointed this time. If Tempur-Pedic is using this foam, I will not be buying any more.

We ordered Tempur-Neck pillow size medium and after 2 nights came to the conclusion that we should have bought small. When I contacted Tempur pedic to exchange them they informed me that because they had been used, they could not be exchanged. We had been using Tempur pillow for many years so new that with the correct size we would like them so decided to buy small pillow. So, if in doubt about which size to buy, go to a store and don't buy online. 5 stars for the pillow - 1 stars for the exchange/return policy

My down feathered pillow was not providing enough support so I ordered this due to chronic discomfort and neck pain. It helped a little bit in relieving the neck discomfort,however, not entirely. Would rate 3 out of 5
