I am strictly a side sleeper and struggled to find a position using multiple pillows to decrease the pain in my neck and trapezoid muscle. Desperate, I gave tempur neck pillow a try. I can honestly say after a few days the structure and support of this pillow has decreased my discomfort significantly. It supports my head and neck reducing the pull on my muscles. I highly recommend to those who suffer from neck pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using a Large Tempur-Pedic pillow many years ago. I'm a small person but have a long neck, so the old Large size worked really well for me. I recently replaced with a new Large (I also measured per the instructions), but it feels too big for me and is so much harder than the old one (even when the old one was new), all of which is making it extremely difficult for me to relax my neck into the pillow the way I could with my previous one. I would suggest possibly going down a size if you are replacing a pillow. I wish I'd kept the packaging to try to exchange it; it didn't occur to me that there would be a problem since I'd ordered the same size.

This pillow offers great support and I'm finally getting a good nights sleep. Even better, I'm not waking up with a stiff, sore neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned TEMPUR-Neck Pillows in the past. It was time to purchase a replacement so I did through the TEMPUR-PEDIC website. When the pillow arrived, I was shocked. Unfortunately, the new version of the pillow is a ridiculously small 20" wide. This product is totally inappropriate for a queen or king bed!

This pillow really supports your neck. The size small is perfect for a woman. I like one with the down Sleep Number cover, and one for back sleeping. I use silk pillowcases. I've had it for years, and tried others, but none is like this! It lasts a long time too.

These are a little smaller, a lot harder, and don't fit the curve of our necks quite right. Low side feels too low, and high side is too high. Hopefully they will soften a little and work out for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an adjustment for me as it is a very firm pillow! I've used soft foam or feathered filled pillows for years! Learning to sleep on my back primarily was not easy but with the neck pain and popping I was desperate for relief. Definitely takes patience and getting used to!!!! This pillow is WORTH it's weight in gold. Not a cheap pillow but I got lucky and it was half off so I got 2 of them. Needless to say my cat loves it too so she now has her own, lol as I gave her the second one I purchased. YES she is one spoiled little girl! Nothing bad to say about this pillow Just takes time and patience to adjust!

This pillow is hard and your head will not sink in like memory foam. I'm a side sleeper and my ear hurts when I tried this pillow. No returns or exchanges for a softer pillow allowed either. Also, the larger contour is too large and the smaller one is too small. All around poor design, and the pillow has not gotten any softer with regular use.

I ordered this pillow because I was having problems with my neck and could not sleep in my bed using a regular pillow. The temperpedic pillow did help enough so I could sleep but it is so small I can't even find a pillow case small enough to fit and comfort level is not that great. But if your having a neck issue and cannot lay flat this pillow will help . Also a little pricey for what you get!

I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders so a Tempurpedic head pillow was worth trying out. My son helped me to measure the distances from shoulder to the top of neck and I ordered a pillow to match the measurements. Even in this summer weather, I cuddle up to the body pillow and rest my head and neck on the head pillow and easily fall asleep. I'm 94 years old and value the ease of falling asleep and staying asleep. If the occasion arises, I tell people how I'm managing a good sleep at my advanced age. I have owned a tempurpedic body pillow for several years and cuddle up to it in all sorts of weather. When my neck and shoulders pained me because of arthritis, I immediately thought of the Tempurpedic pillow. My son helped me do the measurements to ensure the correct size of pillow. I have been sleeping much better with my head and neck supported. Even in the warm weather of summer, the head pillow, covered with a cotton pillow case, is comfortable. In the winter, I can cuddle up to the body pillow and the neck pillow and sleep well.
