[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a tempurpedic neck pillow for about 20 years. I figured it was time to replace it, you can see where my head usually rests theres a dent in the pillow, and the cushion is not springy as much anymore, so it compresses down quite a bit. Anyway, since this is so old I didnt know what size I had, i thought there was only one size. But I come to the website and I see there are 3 sizes, small, medium and large. I figured well I'm an adult, so I got the large. When I received it, it was obviously very much larger than my old pillow. I did try it for like 1 night, but it was too large, I went back to my old pillow. I contacted support, and they took some time to get back to me, but they did offer me to get another pillow. I then ordered the medium pillow. I I received it, and it is not as large as the large, but it was still quite bigger than my old. I used it for several days, maybe a week or more hoping that it would settle in. But I eventually went again back to my old pillow. At this point, i found a deal on the small so I figured I'd get this one last try, and i received it and it feels a lot more like my old pillow. The curvature is a bit different, but its ok and I'm sure this one will settle in nicely. I can now throw my old pillow away, Note that the size small medium and large do not reference the length and width of the pillow. It references how tall the pillow is. Your neck will be up higher in a large. the small, medium and large pillows are all the same size length and width wise. The small version has served me well. I will give my medium and large ones to my mom and see if she wants them. thank you!

It gives great neck support but not comfortable. I like Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling better. It helped my neck pain more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the temperpedic 2nd pillow I have had. It arrives feeling very hard, like sleeping on a saddle, but does soften up some with time. It gives my neck the support it needs. The first pillow is still in good shape and I still use it too. I am glad it comes in different sizes since I am a very small person. Happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Be sure to CHOOSE a pillow size when ordering your pillow. The website automatically chooses the SMALL size, which is VERY small for any adult. There is a helpful size chart, so use it, and choose the correct size. You have to scroll down to see the chart (there should be a link to it next to the size choice box). Small refers to the height of the pillow, not the length. They will not allow returns of even unopened boxes, so get it right. We have used Tempur-pedic for years, before they had choice of types. This Temper-NECK pillow seems harder than others we've had (I too wish it was slightly softer) but it does the job- it gives me correct alignment and therefore no neck or upper back pain. Regarding customer service: I had an issue which was resolved after I contacted them the second time. They were very apologetic and they generously made good on the issue.

The worst part, their pillows are non-returnable, If I would have known I wouldn't have purchased it. Now I'm stuck with an expensive rock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I experienced Tempur-Pedic when it first came out many years ago. From bed, pillows, shoes; never a disappointment. Ventured away from Tempur-Pedic till recently. I was experiencing neck issues. Too much computer work, sleeping on inexpensive pillows. Then I remembered the comfort I experienced with my Tempur-Pedic pillow. Decided to order one for myself again. It is wonderful. My neck pain had gone away. It is comforting whether I sleep on my back or side. So glad Tempur-Pedic is still available for an 81 yr old youngster like me. It takes a bit of getting used to after sleeping on inferior pillows. Don't get discouraged. It is worth the effort. Happy Sleeping!

After many years of using my first neck contour pillow, I ordered a new one. It was much firmer than my previous one and irritated my neck. Strong smell from the pillow despite washing the cover and allowing it to air out. I wish the return policy were different as I have liked this product in the past.

The pillow is using different material compare to the ones I got a few years ago. it is too soft and it does not support the neck as strong as the old one. I used to buy this pillow one per year and loved it. I decided to come back try this again but very disappointing and I wish they did not upgrade the material.

I have suffered with head and neck problems for years. I've tried so many pillows over the years, looking for the perfect one that would fit my neck space and support it for me. I was so thrilled when I found my Temper-neck pillow because from the first night I slept on it, I knew my search had ended!
