[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this pillow four years ago, and it was magic the first time I used it. It was time to replace it with a new one. I don't know what Tempur pedic did, but this pillow is unusable. I have now been to the chiropractor six times since getting it. It's as hard as a brick and it's not getting any better. It will not soften no matter how much I warm it, sit on it, walk on it, you name it. My chiropractor also bought a new one and said the same thing. This is beyond disappointing. I will never use this brand again. It's been a complete waste of money and time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The firm pillow is not comfortable. Tempur-Pedics pillow policy is BUYER BEWARE because once you use the pillow it cannot be returned. The tempur pedic material in my pillow is to firm. Tempur-Pedic should have a program in place to get their 3 different density materials into the hands of consumers interested in the tempur-pedic product who shop online.

It keeps my head in place when I sleep and I wake up feeling good. No more neck pain! Bought for my mom also and she loves it. Already bought 4 pillows and many more to go!

I have severe issues with next and shoulder pain and I've had my pillow for about a month now and it has made a huge difference in alignment with my spine. So thankful I found this pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used and loved Tempurpedic neck pillows for years and loved them. The newest model which i recently purchased a pair of are tiny, made for a doll. Only pillowcases available for these undersized pillows are terrible quality. Why they had to shrink them down so small i cannot say but my guess is it's to save production costs. Also no longer available are the neck pillows with the cooling technology unless you buy a particular size, also a shame. I won't buy these anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don't buy this pillow!! I was so excited to purchase this pillow because I have neck pain. When I received it, it didn't fix my neck pain and actually caused headaches in the middle of the night and when I replaced pillow with a different one, the headache went away. I'm not happy with this pillow, and I wanted to exchange it for a different one but they wouldn't do it. I didn't even want my money back, just wanted another pillow. It was a hard NO!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only sleep on my side and have a lot of back issues. I did the measurements as tempurpedic informs you to do before buying the pillow. Based on the measurements I needed a large. I advise you to probably size down if you order this pillow. The shape of the pillow creates a roll or wave effect so if your pillow is too large, like mine, then your ear is pressed against the top of the pillow where it is the highest and it is the most uncomfortable pillow. Unfortunately they have a zero return policy on pillows so I basically have to throw this away and look elsewhere for a new one. My suggestion is if you can't try this pillow out in person then look elsewhere.

I use to have one of these pillows and LOVED it......what I recently ordered and received was NOTHING compared to what I had. This pillow is so small that it drowns in a regular size pillow case. It is not very supportive compared to what I had!!! I am just blown away at the lack of quality. So disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the small version of the pillow which is actually just enough to keep your head even with your body if you're a woman who is about five five. At first it felt a little hard but after about 2 weeks totally comfortable. I'll actually sleep for long periods of time and not even know how long it has been till I look at the clock - this has never happened before! I had a TempurPedic about 30 years ago, so instead of the cheap invitations I decided to go back, and glad I did!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Around 2004, we bought queen size tempurpedic pillows in NH at a furniture store and they were comfortable and conducive to excellent sleep. This year we bought new pillows online after searching locally for the same design, with no success. The new pillows look the same and were labeled "large" but they are smaller than our original pillows, less comfortable and totally unsatisfactory. The only large thing about them was the large price tag!
