[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My SIL was using these pillows when I tried them for the first time and luckily when I wanted to get them, these pillows were on sale. I have an issue with snoring and my husband said that I don't snore as much anymore so I guess it's working. There isn't much more to say than that, but I highly recommend this pillow if you have an issue with snoring, I love it.

I've always been a back sleeper but I recently had neck surgery and was really having difficulty finding a pillow that would support my neck properly. I tried soft pillows, fluffy pillows, hard pillows, expensive memory foam pillows and none would do the job properly. I finally purchased the TEMPUR- neck pillow and found that it provides the support under my neck perfectly while providing a sense of softness. I don't use any other pillows at all now!

I don't know what you have done with the formulation on your pillows and mattress toppers but it's not the same. It compresses like it's 10 years old, doesn't support my neck like they used to, and now I'm having to put another pillow under it so I get the support I need. Go back to the original formulation.

I love my regular tempurpedic pillow but these small pillows are pathetic. If I didn't live in maui I'd ship them back! I feel that the advertisement on this pillow was so very misleading. I thought I was getting a regular small. These are so thin I put two in one pillow case to try and beef them up. Ridiculous.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered two different models of Tempur pillows. One was this. I cannot say this was the most comfortable one. I like that it is hypoallergenic. It gives great neck support but not comfortable. I like Cloud Breeze Dual Cooling better. It helped my neck pain more.

I purchased the TEMPUR neck pillow to replace one I previously owned. While the curve of the new pillow fit my neck well, the good news ended there. I found the new material in the product to be much harder but worse than that, very irritating to my skin. I had a rash on my face from using the pillow which persisted until I gave up and stopped using it. I tried putting additional pillow cases (up to 3) on top of the one it came with but nothing helped. Of course I had also washed the zip off case but unfortunately the pillow itself is not washable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried this pillow out now for 3 weeks and nothing has changed - it's horrible. Didn't break in at all and hurt me and my husband's neck. Since you can't return it, now we are stuck with 2 insanely expensive pillows that we can't use. Many sleepless nights with this pillow. DO NOT BUY!!!

I gave it a shot even though it got bad reviews for comfort, size, and smell...and I did it because I invested in their mattresses and pillows in the past and loved those items! But this product is really not worth the price. After weeks of use (I gave it a shot!), my neck is still sore. It's really flat and only fits half of a standard pillowcase. Also the chemical smell is still there. This company needs to listen to all these bad reviews and offer a high-quality product (like the rest of its line). Very disappointing.

I no longer wake up with a stiff neck and shoulders because the foam (or the materials Used) form to your neck and actually, an added bonus is that your hair doesn't get messed up at all during the night
