I had it for over 3 years and loved it. I wouldn't get up with any stiffness or discomfort. I evenually also bought a full size tempur-pedic mattress which I love loved it there was no more back pain and every morning was a joy. And coming home from a stressful job and just being able to lie on my bed just melted away all the days havoc. Now living in Vegas and wasn't able to ship my mattress and I miss it everyday. During the summer in Hawaii it gets very hot and humid and the mattress had a cooling touch to it.

It says if you are a side sleeper, the medium would be the better fit. The medium is too high for me. I emailed Tempurpedic & asked if I could return it for a medium. The answer was no, due to the policies of all states. Pillows are considered personal items, but you have 90 days to return a mattress if you don't like it. Very disappointing -

They are very hard compared to what they used to be like. I don't really like my new pillows to be honest. And, the large is too tall, even for my 6'2" hubby. I asked if I could return it (still wrapped in the sealed package) and they said no. So, not very happy overall and can't say I recommend them.

For reference, I am 160lbs, 5'10" my wife is 125lbs @ 5'10". * Materials are not at all the same. * Too stiff. There's very little give, and has been 0 "break in" over the course of several months. * Uncomfortable on neck -- the lack of "give" in the pillow causes your neck to be craned up in a very uncomfortable position. * The pillow smells. Though that has decreased in the last few months. * No return policy. Ouch.
Probably the worst purchase I've made in a while.

I am a side sleeper, & this is the only pillow (and I’ve tried many) where I consistently wake up without neck pain. I do wish I would have gotten a medium as opposed to the small. I feel it’s not quite thick enough for maximum comfort, but again, I do not have neck pain as I have with so many other pillows. For reference I am 5’6”.

I knew I had neck/shoulders aches but that first week of trying to adjust caused me to have some pretty bad aches. I had to constantly massage the knots out until I was able to sleep without any issues. But, the aches have not reoccurred at all since then! Also, I likely misunderstood the sizing because when I ordered a small (thinking the measurements had to do with the shoulder lengths, not size of the bed they'd be on), I got pillows that were so small, even our kids twin bed pillowcases are too big for them. & they look so tiny on our CA king. Because of that, I'm looking at other pillow options.

I have not had to use any pain killers, get PT, do neurosurgery. Just the right pillow. Maybe this is not for ever, but for the moment I am happy
