Not only am I continuing to have neck pain in the mornings but the pillow is also pretty uncomfortable. I recently started stacking a second pillow on top of this one to slightly improve the comfort.

It has a 5-year warranty, so I assumed the pillow was still good. It isn't. The pillow doesn't last five years. Assume you're buying one every two years. The memory foam just dies and your sleep slowly gets worse and worse.

The reason why I bought this pillow was to get extra support for my neck. After two days my neck got really tight and painful. I was unable to look up or down without feeling a lot of pain. I then went and bought another pillow that I could try out before buying it. Over all it took 2 weeks until my neck started to feel better. Overall this is the worst pillow you can buy. Because tempurpedic does not let you return pillows I will never buy a temperpedic product again. What also does not make any sense about their return policy is that you can try a mattress and return it if you are not satisfied, but a pillow they treat it like you are trying to return us...

My son has a bad back, and these pillows with the tempurpedic topper have given him excellent comfort. The foam is just the right feel to them. I could have saved a lot of money by buying pillows at other stores (not Tempurpedic brand) but I have found nothing lasts as long or feels as great 'as a tempurpedic contour pillow. For myself, I bought the side sleeper and it is the best pillow in terms of comfort and durability.

I bought a large and a medium because I was experiencing a neck/shoulder problem. Perhaps the pillow works for some folks, but for me, there was zero chance that I'd be able to sleep on my side with it. Now if you're using it for support while relaxing on your back, it seems pretty good. But if you're planning on actually sleeping, then I wish you luck. I didn't have any. It's just way too firm and unforgiving for me. Your experience may vary, and again, the pillow is well made.
