[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this pillow to replace my old (probably still fine, but was many many years old) Symphony pillow. I love this pillow so much, it even comes with me when I travel. It's large and heavy to travel with, but sleeping on any other pillow will mess up my neck. It's definitely worth it!

I finally broke down and replaced my original TEMPUR-Neck Pillow that I have had for at least 15 years with a new one. The old one had just flattened out a little too much to keep up the right support. As I expected, the first night was hard to adjust to; I only used it for about an hour before waking up and using my original one. However, in no time at all, I not only adjusted to the new pillow, but once again feel the full neck support I need. These always have been and always will be my favorite pillows, and I never travel without them.

We have had our new Tempur-pedic neck pillows for almost a month now and what a relief! The morning neck-headaches have gone the way of our old neck-pillows. Guess those pillows were more worn-out then I realized! It's a pleasure to rest our heads on our fresh, new, supportive Tempur-pedic Neck pillows!

However, when I received it, the pillow was uncomfortable and It was harder than expected. I contacted customer service for a refund or exchange and they couldn't help me. I'm stuck with an expensive pillow that's uncomfortable. Not a fun experience!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I heard good reviews about this pillow from a friend, so I bought this pillow in hopes of eliminating my neck pain. I purchased the medium-sized contour. The space between my shoulder and neck measures about 5.5 inches. The pillow is extremely soft. However, when I lay down my head, the pillow puts too much pressure on the back of my neck and I cannot sleep. This is the weirdest thing because I've never had this happen before. I have tried using both sides of the contour but no luck. Unfortunately, because this product is a pillow, I cannot return the item or get my money back. I realize this is likely a unique situation, but because I cannot sleep while using this pillow I am only rating this pillow 3 stars.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Tempur-Neck Pillow for years to reduce the pain of arthritis in my cervical spine while sleeping. I have used both the medium and the small and, now, prefer the small as I sleep on both my back and my side. The only thing I would change about the small pillow is the density of the area behind the neck support. The smaller neck roll permits more pressure on the back of the head which can be uncomfortable. The medium neck roll positioned my head more lightly on the area behind the neck support, but was more uncomfortable for my neck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillow seems good; perhaps a bit too thick. However, it works well for sleeping on my side and also when I go onto my back. It seems better than the previous version of the pillow that I purchased years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this same pillow for many many years, but now it is only very hard density foam and so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep. Why not offer the two densities? Very disappointed and cannot return it so extremely upset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The contour of the pillow works great for sleeping on my side, head fits in the valley of the pillow just right. I can also use it to prop up myself. The pillow is very firm but I'm breaking it in and it feels like someone is holding my head which is perfect for me.
