[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow was recommended to me by a friend. I have arthritis in my neck so getting comfortable while sleeping is important. Took a few days to find that sweet spot, but am now enjoying a good nights sleep with my new pillow.

I've been using temperpedic neck pillows for 26 yrs. Introduced to me by my chiropractor at the time. I loved the comfort. But your product has changed significantly. The last time I purchased 3 of these were at a Bookstones. And they have lasted along time. If I'm correct they used to be made from Swedish foam. And I would take it wherever I went. 1 think in the cold weather the pillow would become very stiff. And once back in the warmth of indoors it would become softer. But not this new foam that's being used today. Not near the quality and comfort of the original product. I very mined the price. Because the quality. After all these years of loving these pillows. I'm back to square 1. Now I will have to start looking for a new neck pillow. This new 1 will never last and it's not supportive at all. Too bad this wonderful pillow has been cheapened.

I have a TEMPUR neck pillow similar to this one that is probably 25 years old. Don't laugh! For years I carried it everywhere I went, even to the UK. After 25 years of nightly use, I thought maybe it was time to retire it, since it was getting floppy, so I ordered a new one. The new one feels different, but still provides solid support. I am very short (as is my neck) and I have a vague memory that they used to make an extra-small version of this pillow, which is probably what I had. I found that by turning my new pillow around, it was still supportive and comfortable. That being said, it's just a tad bit firmer than I prefer. The old pillow feels as if the memory foam might have been made differently, but I honestly don't know. I still like the new one and will happily use it.

I got two of these pillows after sleeping on a pillow that looked like these.. ended up being a different pillow brand. These are sooooo stiff it kills my neck .. I don't use these ever and wake up with a goodnights rest. Stiffness kills my neck. Was considering using them as a skid steer seat since it's not going under my head

Fantastic products but this pillow is terrible to sleep on. Bought it for my girlfriend, she tried it one night and even after she said how bad it was I tried it for a night. Needless to say I didn't make it through the night. Very hard and uncomfortable. Sorry but I can't remember this pillow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will preface this with the fact that I'm a petite person. Short and fairly light and frail. This pillow was way too solid for me and had almost no give, even after roughing it up and sitting on it and violently squishing it quite a few times. When I put my head on it (on my back or side), it started cutting off circulation in my body from the positioning (SOMEHOW) and had negative effects overall. I couldn't get comfortable and definitely couldn't sleep. To get this pillow to squish at all, I actually have to sit on it. I've used contour pillows before, but they were all softer than this. I would recommend this for someone with a much larger frame or heavier build than mine--the pillow might squish/conform to your shape the way it's supposed to in that case. Otherwise, this might be great for folks who want no give at all. If you can get it to fit your size/shape perfectly, that might work well to provide ample support. The pillow's construction itself is excellent, and I can tell it would last a while if I were to actually use it. It's high quality and solid material. Again, maybe a little TOO solid for this tiny person.

We got one of these when we bought our Tempurpedic mattress over two years ago. My husband had been using the pillow and he absolutely loves it. There came a time when I needed a better pillow as I would get a stiff neck with our old pillows. He lent it to me and it was just great for my neck! I thought I could get away with just buying new (standard) pillows, but it wasn't long before they would make my neck hurt again and I'd even wake up with a headache. I did away with pillows altogether for a while until I decided to splurge on a new TempurPedic neck pillow. It is definitely worth the money, especially if you think about how much standard pillows cost and how often you'd have to get them to get the same level of comfort. The only thing I don't like about it (and other TempurPedic stuff like our mattress) is the smell. It goes away, yes, but it takes a while. It's been a month and my new one still smells. So I guess if you're planning on getting one, better plan ahead of time so that you can air it out in time. But even with this little annoyance, it is 100% worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the neck pillow! I brought a large and it is the size of a small standard pillow. I start out sleeping on my back and when I roll to turn on my side your head will come of the pillow. If the pillow was the size of a king pillow I would have given 5 stars.

I've tried different memory foam contoured pillows before and this is by far the best one! It didn't smell when it was taken out of the box like many others so I wasn't worried about breathing in any toxins. Unlike many other memory foam products which are made in China which is a worry this pillow is made in the US. Trust the sizing guide, I thought it seemed a little low when I first got it but I quickly realized it is the perfect size. I have slept like a baby ever since I got the pillow, even if I had overworked muscles. Would recommend for anyone and everyone. (Only thing that bothers me a little but not really that much is that it is quite a bit shorter than regular pillows width-wise so it can't fill up my pillow case but I could live with that!)
