[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our old Tempur neck pillows with new ones. We both find we get a better night's sleep with these contoured pillows. I have a plate in my neck and literally can't use a regular pillow, so thank you Tempur for this fine product.

When I chose the large, I thought it was longer in size, but when I received the pillow I was surprised to find that the word 'large', refers to the height of the pillow and not the length of the pillow (but that was never specified when I bought it online). I am very disappointed and would have liked them to exchange it for a shorter and longer one because I suffer from neck and back problems, but they told me they don't do exchanges or refunds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the temperpedic 2nd pillow I have had. It arrives feeling very hard, like sleeping on a saddle, but does soften up some with time. It gives my neck the support it needs. The first pillow is still in good shape and I still use it too. I am glad it comes in different sizes since I am a very small person. Happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helped with some of my neck issues. It works well for me to sleep on my back or side. I believe part of the reason it helped my neck is that it is super awkward to try to sleep on your stomach with this pillow, so it sort of forces you into more ergonomic positions and sleep habits. The pillow is really firm, until the foam warms up it is so firm it might bother your ears to sleep on your side. My only other slight complaint is the pillow is rather narrow width wise. If you are a person that "roams" all over your pillow and bed at night this is not a pillow for you.

There were choices now there is only this firm one. I don't like it and I can't return it. It's way too hard, even after having very heavy people sitting on it many times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a Large thinking it was a Queen or King size in diameter but the size refers to the thickness and this pillow is way too thick. I didn't remove the plastic packing it came in and wanted to return it but Tempur-Pedic does not accept returns or exchanges (even if it was never opened) So now I have a very expensive pillow that I cannot use. Will not ever be purchasing any Tempur-Pedia products... This rating does not deserve any stars. Feeling Ripped Off.

I knew I had neck/shoulders aches but that first week of trying to adjust caused me to have some pretty bad aches. I had to constantly massage the knots out until I was able to sleep without any issues. But, the aches have not reoccurred at all since then! Also, I likely misunderstood the sizing because when I ordered a small (thinking the measurements had to do with the shoulder lengths, not size of the bed they'd be on), I got pillows that were so small, even our kids twin bed pillowcases are too big for them. & they look so tiny on our CA king. Because of that, I'm looking at other pillow options.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tempur pedic pillow is nothing like the one I bought 5 years ago. It Is way too hard and impossible to sleep on. Sadly it cannot be returned. Such a shame that they changed from a really good product. I do not recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For many years we used the large neck pillow. As we've aged, it started to feel "too high", so we went with the smaller pillow. The height is fine on the smaller pillow, but had we known that the overall size of the pillow was substantially smaller, we never would have bought them. There are no specifications (sizes) listed on the website so we had no idea what size it would end up being. VERY DISAPPOINTED. LOOKING FOR SOMETHING WITH WHICH TO REPLACE THE PILLOWS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were excited when we found tempur-pedic due to constantly waking up with sore necks with many pillows. First of all, the quality is solid but it just didn't work for us. The first 5-10mins were great and we thought we found the perfect pillows. However, after sleeping on it for 1 night, we woke up with neck pain and back tightness. Now regarding the return policy, Tempur-pedic double charged my credit card and sent me 4 pillows instead of 2. While the pillows were in original packaging, sealed and untouched, customer service refused to offer any help and joked that I can give them out as gifts. Now I am stuck with 4 pillows. I have to say their sales strategy is creative though - double charging and sending extra orders but refused to take any return. Good luck and hopefully I am the only person who experienced this.
