[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bad back. I've been sleeping with a Tempurpedic pillow for about 20 years. BUT - I have always needed something (usually an old pillow) under it to give me the proper height, as I am a side sleeper. The thicker Tempurpedic pillow has been a godsend. I only need one pillow now. And as proof of its ability to retain its shape, I stuffed it (and I do mean STUFFED) into my suitcase and took it with me for a 12 day trip to the Mediterranean. It suffered nothing at all by being smushed for two twelve hour flights. I am sleeping better than ever now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This neck pillow is very well made and conforms to your head while sleeping. It is very firm! It took some time to get used to it while sleeping on my side. That being said, this is definitely a quality pillow and Tempur-pedic is a quality brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love these pillows, but I wake up multiple times through the night, tossing and turning because the pillow doesn't appropriately support my neck. I've had to go back to using my old pillows which is a bummer. As a side sleeper, I was so excited to use this pillow but unfortunately it came up short.

This is my third Tempur -neck pillow and I just love it. No neck cramps in the morning. Very restful and a full night's sleep all the time. This is the only pillow I use and also travel with it. One drawback is when I take it camping, and the temps are low at night, the pillow gets pretty rigid but does soften up eventually.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was expecting it to be the same as my old pillow. Same model, it said "classic" so I assumed the tempurpedic foam would be the same. Not the same though. My original pillow was very hard, slowly softening with body warmth. In the winter, while camping, it was so hard in cold temps that you could easily knock someone out with it. Sounds odd but this is what I wanted. The new one is too soft. It feels like the one I already have that's had 10+ years of constant use. My old one got too soft so I thought I'd get another. But the new one already feels broke down. The shape is idential, so is the cover. The foam isn't. I like it, would even recommend it, but it's not "classic" if it's not identical, imo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have both the small and medium pillows and switch back and forth. I broke my new several years ago and have had a hard time finding the "right" pillow. These fit the bill, if the small isn't working I ab the medium and all is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having experienced earlier version of this same pillow that I loved, I was disappointed that the latest version is rock hard. I slept on it and even sat on it for several days and it remained rock hard. Not sure who would like this pillow.

Then I ordered several of these Tempur-Pedic pillows and felt such relief as these pillows provided the neck support I needed. I only gave it 4 stars because I had trouble finding pillow cases that fit these because of the pillow size-slightly smaller than other pillows. Still the support these pillows provided were well worth the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so amazed at how well this pillow helps me sleep at night. If I have to travel I always bring it with me! I have had issues for a long time sleeping with either too puffy or too flat pillows. I found I didn't sleep well and was irritable, tired and frustrated the next day. With the Tempur-neck pillow I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep all night! It's amazing! One more thing, it's actually lighter than the one I got over 10 years ago! I would highly recommend this pillow to everyone! thank you

I bought the Tempur-neck pillows for some extra support to my neck and after using it for just 2-3 nights I started to have severe neck pains and now after paying that much for the pillows, paying to the doctor and massage therapists. Tempur won't take them back or refund per their policy!
