[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My chiropractor suggested I purchase the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow 15 years ago and I am extremely grateful for that advice. I have recommended this particular pillow to family, friends, and even strangers! It is an excellent pillow and I even take my extra one with me when I travel. Can't sleep without it.

I got spoiled from my prior Tempur-Pedic neck / back pillow (lasted 10 years!) Quality is just not there with the new one - the substance just isn't the same. I bought a medium and it was too high so I bought a small still have a hard time sleeping on it -!I've spent a lot of money for these two pillows only to have difficulty sleeping on them. Not happy :-( please bring back prior pillow - it was wonderful

TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has been my pillow for over 20 years, still essentially the same great pillow, where I rest my head, my rock, metaphorically speaking. TEMPUR-Neck Pillow has been there for me, outlasted jobs, homes, relationships. It's delivered me thru thick and thin, thru life's proverbial ups and downs. There is no other product or company that I can think of that has given me more value or has been there as an essential part of my life for longer. I'm grateful, Thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am more than pleased with my purchase! I hadn't been sleeping good at all I had such severe neck pain I was seeing the chiropractor twice a week. It took me a few nights to get use to sleeping with a different pillow but since I have my neck pain has been almost non existent and I sleep so soundly! I 100% recommend this pillow!

The worst part, their pillows are non-returnable, If I would have known I wouldn't have purchased it. Now I'm stuck with an expensive rock

I purchased my third medium neck pillow, due to a neck injury, and found that it was soft, and not as supportive as my previous pillows, that were very therapeutic. Being very disappointed in the inconsistent quality of the pillow, I contacted customer service and was not offered a replacement pillow, and am unable to use the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my pillow. I needed a firm but sinking pillow that would support me as a side sleeper. My only gripe is that the pillow I still smaller than I like. I used a king-size pillow prior as I like having more real-estate for my large noggin. If they make a longer pillow of this caliber, it will be perfect. I still use this over anything else at the moment as nothing compares. Would purchase again!

This pillow was bought for my wife who has some stenosis in the neck. Since acquiring this pillow, her neck and shoulder issue has improved considerably. She tried the medium neck pillow first and the quarter-inch difference in height was noticeable. We just wish you sold (separately) pillow cases that would fit this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered a large-sized pillow according to the measurements provided by Tempur-Pedic. When I tried to lay on it the first day it arrived, it was too big for me even though measurements for my neck and shoulder were supposed to be fit for this size pillow. Contacted their customer service, and the answer was that they do not accept any returns or exchanges for pillows. They only do for mattresses... That's very frustrating as I spend around 100$ for a pillow I cannot use and cannot even exchange for the right size, did not even want my money back. The pillow is not even used; simply tried laying on it once I received it. Not the best experience. Not sure if I will spend more money to buy a different size pillow or just get it from another company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is quite small and unfortunately it doesn't provide the type of support needed for my neck. It is well made but the design is not comfortable for side, stomach or back sleeping positions. Previously I owned a Tempur-Pedic neck pillow with a superior design and I hoped this pillow would provide the same relief.
