Other pillow manufacturers offer return or replacement. Not tempur-pedic. Looking for another pillow. To much to spend and have to donate to charity. Hope it will help someone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Around 2004, we bought queen size tempurpedic pillows in NH at a furniture store and they were comfortable and conducive to excellent sleep. This year we bought new pillows online after searching locally for the same design, with no success. The new pillows look the same and were labeled "large" but they are smaller than our original pillows, less comfortable and totally unsatisfactory. The only large thing about them was the large price tag!

I really like Tempur products, and decided to update my older pillows (memory foam, non-Tempur) with new Tempur-neck pillows. While I do like the material and quality, I find the pillows (Medium sized) to be too small in both footprint and thickness for me. I am generally a side sleeper, and find that the medium pillow keeps my head at an uncomfortable angle and doesn't contour to my head or neck well. Works well for back sleeping, but most of the time I'm on my side, so this isn't a big benefit for me. It might be that the large pillow (at 4.5" vs. 4" thick) is enough for me to side sleep; however, the return period on pillows is, well, 0 days. I'm also unwilling to spend another $129 for pillows that may or may not work for me while being unable to return them. For reference, I am 6'0", 200lbs with an athletic build. After 2 nights of trying this pillow out, my son decided he "loved it" and has been using it ever since. For me, I went back to my other memory foam pillow. Pros: - tempur material contours well - nice for back sleepers Cons: - pillow footprint is small - not thick enough - not great for side sleepers - no return period

I bought one of these pillows in 2008 and absolutely loved it. Years late I need a new one. So I purchased this one and was very disappointed. The material is different and it doesnt feel the same. I measured myself to ensure the right size but it still seems very thick and hard. I was not happy with it and unfortunately cant return the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Highly recommended. Make sure you check the sizes and have someone measure your neck to shoulder distance. I assumed I'd be small bc I'm only 5'3" but I'm a medium! I no longer have neck or shoulder pain, thanks to this pillow. The only thing I don't love (but have gotten used to) is how firm it is. I suppose it probably wouldn't work as well if it wasn't firm though!

I'm 57, generally sleep on my side and wanted neck support. Have gratefully slept in a Temperapedic bed for a few decades and previously used their pillows, also. These are ok but really, just a tad too firm so don't feel like bed- comfy/ semi-luxurious to rest your cradle into night after night. It does the job but something's not quite adequately tweaked to make it perfect. Older model seemed more comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This helps my neck and shoulder. I sleep on my side mostly. I measured between sizes and they say to go with the smaller size. I went with the large anyway and think it's maybe a little big so I'll probably order a medium at some point.

I purchase two of these pillows, for my wife and myself, following some complaints from my wife about the previous pillows we had, and a very frequent neck pain I was waking up with since some weeks. When it arrived, I was still skeptical... maybe too soft... maybe too tall... well, I put it to test and my neck pain went away from the very first night using it. I was also skeptical on the materials... seemed like this was an old-er model not up to date with the latest cooling tech... I was wrong... I do love this and how it feels, and the temperature on my cheek is just right, both in hot and cold nights. In conclusion, I thought it was an older product with problems and that it would not work for me, and I couldn't have been more wrong about it.

I love these until I ordred my last one - and simply did not know they came in multiple sizes in addition to multiple styles. The size of the pillow is the same but the loft under the neck varies. I have purchased several and have been very happy but not with the smaller size.

I am a side sleeper, and (as a result of a lifetime of contact sports and poor judgement) I have had multiple shoulder injuries that often make side sleeping uncomfortable. As such, I have been searching for a comfortably firm pillow for years, and this is the pillow I have been looking for. In the week I have had it, I have slept better and woken up with less pain. I recognize that every body is different, and every person has different preferences when it comes to sleep comfort. For me, this is the absolute perfect pillow and by far the best pillow that I have ever used. This pillow is so good that I am going to buy two more today incase the pillows are discontinued and I ever need to replace my current pillow in the future.
