My previous tempur neck pillow suddenly died so I had to buy another one. This one has a better cover than the previous model. I hope this one will stay a long time.

Still experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain. When I reached out to customer service, I was told there'snothingthey can do. I love Tempur Pedic mattresses but their pillows are horrible.

I use the small tempur pedic neck pillow and sleep on my back using the small side of this pillow. It is the only pillow I can sleep on without neck pain. I also take one with me if I travel. I would be lost without this wonderful pillow!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillow has a very strong odor that will not go away when aired. I do love the way it contours to my neck and head. But the odor is too strong for me.

So far I do think the pillow is helping with my neck issues. We've been gone for 2 weeks sleeping on hotel pillows (I forgot to bring my tempurpedic pillow!) and having returned I do notice a positive difference!
