[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The side and back pillow was just what I needed. It wasn't extremely firm but wasn't extra soft either. It was right in the middle. I wake up well rested and sleep like a baby.

I have used this neck pillow for years. I would not use any other pillow. I have neck issues and this pillow gives me comfort sleeping, reduces or removes any neck discomfort and lasts 1-2 years. Please don't ever stop making it!

I have bought a few of these over the years. It really helps relieve the tension in my neck. The pillow loses its firmness over time and I have to replace it about once every year and a half.
