I bought this pillow 9 month ago and my neck and back pains are better. I will hope soon buy the mattress to experience full comfort. Nobody will take me out of my bed!

Unfortunately I did not notice that you could not return a pillow with tempur pedic. This pillow is VERY firm. Unless you like a hard pillow do not buy.

I m not happy with that pillow, it is sometimes firm, sometimes softer, sometime very hard and don't feel comfortable when I sleep. I bought two of them but not using now.
