The material is not as soft as i was led to believe. I still end up waking up stiff on my side but it seems ok on my back although it is not as comfortable as I would hope.

My wife loves the brand. We have both mattress and pillows. Our regret is that they discontinued the king size pillow. If you sleep "flip" a lot the king is perfect for you.

My favorite pillow in terms of quality and comfort, BUT they stopped making King size Neck pillows so they lost all my business. I hope that changes someday- I really miss it.
