Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I have owned the same pillow in the past and loved it. This newer version is way too firm and much bigger. I'm unable to use it. Wish I could get a refund.

This pillow is extremely small. I ordered the large one and I'd be surprised if a full pillow case was too big!!! I wish I could send them back as I bought two of them.

I absolutely love the pillow, its beautiful, how it supports the body my one and only wish is it was coming in less firm - when you sleep on your side it hurts the face and ear :(

The pillow is absolutely uncomfortable. I received two pillows, only opened one yet Tempurpedic refused to take back the unopened one. Take my advice and not waste your money, shop somewhere else
