[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow has helped me fall asleep in minutes. Wished I had purchased one sooner. The only challenge I encountered, was finding a small enough pillow case for it.

The pillow is really hard to break in. Very very uncomfortable to sleep with and it's actually hurting my neck and back. I keep trying it night after night, but it's been a few weeks and no improvement.

This pillow was so hard and non conforming that it was causing jaw issues. Can't even use them. And I bought two of them! They are nothing like the neck pillow I bought years ago.

Great pillow but the width is not as advertised. Every Standard neck pillow I have measured is only 19 inches wide vs the 20 inches stated on the box.
