The first neck pillowTempur-Pedic had about 15-20 years ago was much more dense and heavy. I still have two of them. Like the original, I like the shape of it. I wish they kept the same Tempur material for this latest version.

I recently tried this pillow since my chiropractor recommended a memory foam pillow. My entire spine ached and my neck hasn't stopped hurting all day. I would not recommend this pillow. Perhaps a different shaped memory foam pillow would be better.

I have neck problems and this pillow has allowed me to sleep very comfortably. I first bought one over 30 years ago. I always take it with me when we travel, too. I have replaced mine 3 or 4 times over the years and just ordered a new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a side sleeper and normal beds don't allow your body to lay that way without waking up in pain in the morning. Since I have had this bed I sleep better and wake up pain free.

I was really hoping this would be a good replacement for my very old tempur neck pillow. Unfortunately it is too firm. When I looked into returning them I was informed they were not returnable. A very disappointing and expensive experience.
