I ordered this pillow because I have neck pain and migraines when I wake up in the morning. I googled best pillow for people that have neck pain and headaches and this was the number one pillow. So I bought one. It came, I slept on it, it was so firm it hurt for me to sleep on. When I awoke the next morning I had my usual neck pain and headache. It didn't work for me personally.

After a night's sleep with this pillow, I woke up able to crack my neck real good on both sides, which felt great. I got a smaller size since my head is small. What I don't like is that the pillow swims in my standard pillowcase, which is annoying.

This new version of the pillow is NOT like their old version AT ALL. I've tried to break in the foam on and off many times before giving up. The foam doesn't give at all and it is like sleeping on a curb. I had bought it for my whole family and we've all experienced the same thing. It's crazy to still choose Tempur pedic when there are SO many other comparable products on the market nowadays that offer a trial and return especially if the product is unused. I had never before been unable to return an unused product. I had questioned the hardness of the pillows when they first arrived still in their packaging but decided to give it a try due to Tempur pedic's strict no return policy. It was even hard to find the place to leave this review. I would not recommend these pillows (nor the company).

I've owned the previous Tempur-pedic Neck pillow with the creme top cover and have absolutely loved the comfortable sleep it's given me. I then purchased this pillow, and while it's still much better than any knock off brands, it does not have the same comfortable material or cover as the previous version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in two bad car accidents and have had chronic whiplash for many years. Finding a pillow that is flat enough so my neck isn't bent when sleeping on my side has been difficult. This pillow has been wonderful for me.

I placed an order for two Tempur Pedic Neck Pillows following my mother's cancer diagnosis in May 2017. My sister and I were under a lot of stress and we had never invested in proper pillows. Her birthday was in May, so this seemed like the perfect present for her and the perfect gift for me. I purchased both pillows and unpacked mine to test it out. There was a horrid chemical smell that I put up with for a couple of weeks hoping it would dissipate. My sister is allergic and asthmatic so I decided that I couldn't subject her to these odors. I first contacted TP a few weeks following my purchase and was advised that 30 days following use, if the smell didn't go away, I could return the pillows for a full refund. The smell persisted, so I called TP to requested shipping labels at the beginning of June. I was assured the labels would be emailed to me. I waited a week and nothing. So I called back again and once again requested shipping labels. The reps were professional and apologetic and said they would issue the shipping labels and that sometimes these issues occurred (hint hint, not the first time they'd encountered these "delays"). Once again I waited a few weeks, got distracted, forgot until I once again remembered that I still hadn't received a single shipping label. I called back 2-3 more times (I've since lost count) before I finally received a shipping label. I shipped back the first pillow I'd tested out and after another call back to inquire about my refund I finally received one. Next, I prepared to deal with the second, unopened pillow that had been intended for my sister. Once again I emailed a rep who had given me her direct email address and after a few back and forth messages, I received the second shipping label (by now late September - and mind you, I had placed my initial order in MAY!!!). I immediately shipped out the second pillow and to this day, am still awaiting a refund for this pillow. I have called TP 3x since shipping this second pillow back, and each time the reps have insisted I would receive a refund. The latest rep actually had me provide a tracking number in order to verify my shipment. Only then did she appear to "process my refund" after verifying that the pillow had been returned to them. Question is, for someone who has been so diligent about staying on top of this, I have still only been credited back 50% of what I am owed. This whole ordeal has lasted 6 months. I am still waiting for this credit and have had to call numerous times to get things moving/processed/etc. Tempur Pedic's behavior on this matter has been nothing short of fraudulent and I hope that everyone who considers placing an order reads my review and decides to avoid buying anything from them. Given the circumstances under which I first made this purchase, this has been by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever endured.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has 2 fused disks in his neck and, without this pillow, not only would he not be able to sleep, he would be in constant pain. This pillow provides the perfect amount of support. He has tried other "neck pillows" but nothing beats the tempurpedic!

Very uncomfortable, doesn't really help my neck issues at all and very uncomfortable to sleep with.

Much too hard. Can't use it. I should have ordered a softer One. Too firm.

The pillow is ok...it really does not improve my neck alignment.
