[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved Tempurpedic pillows but purchased some recently and they were not as solid as the ones I had before. I need a firm pillow or my neck hurts. Disappointed that they appear to have reduced the firmness in the pillow.

I recently purchased what I can only describe as the world's most disappointing pillow. Right out of the package, it looked promising-soft, fluffy, and white as a cloud. But, oh, how deceiving appearances can be! First night in, I fluffed it up like a good parent would their child's bedtime story. But as soon as my head hit the surface, I realized I had unknowingly entered a nightmare. Instead of cradling my weary head, it felt like I was resting on a deflated beach ball. Every time I shifted, it made a sound that resembled a dying animal-definitely not the soothing ambiance I was hoping for. By the morning, I was shocked to discover that I had developed serious neck pain after just one use! I felt like I'd been in a wrestling match with a particularly stubborn opponent. The supposed "memory foam" felt more like a long-lost relative: it didn't remember anything and was completely unresponsive to my needs. To top it all off, it smells like a combination of rubber and regret. I've tried airing it out, washing the cover, and even sprinkling it with baking soda-nothing works! I might as well be using a block of smelly concrete. In short, if you're looking for a pillow that will turn your nights into a real-life horror story and leave you waking up in agony, look no further! This pillow has officially earned a permanent spot in my closet, gathering dust and bad memories. Save yourself the trouble and invest in something-literally anything-else!

I did not notice any smell like other reviewers reported, I aired it out and it was fine. The pillow is rather hard though and is not comfortable for me to sleep on for the entire night, or my neck gets uncomfortable after long periods of time on it. If you like a really firm pillow, this is for you.

The neck bump is not tall enough to fit properly. I am 5'1 and purchased the medium size, in hopes of getting one size bigger than I needed for maximum support. It is smaller than lead to believe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-neck pillow was recommended by a doctor 10 years ago when I was in a car accident. Switching to it changed my life. Over the years I moved a lot abroad and back and ended up buying different brands that were less expensive. Nothing ever compared. So I repurchased and I'm keeping my tempur-pedic ones forever. When I finally stop moving around, I can't wait to get a Tempur mattress again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Tempur-neck pillow has the perfect height, shape, and firmness for me. I am a side-sleeper, so I need a tall pillow. And, I prefer a firm pillow (almost hard), rather than a soft, squishy one. I bought a different pillow a couple years ago, thinking to save some money. It was the wrong shape and just not dense enough. I found myself waking up with head and neck aches every morning. Now that I've gone back to the Tempur-neck pillow, no more early-morning headaches. Thank you Tempur-Pedic, for the perfect pillow for me!!!

I take mine wherever I go - hotels, vacations, family visits - everywhere! My chiropractor recommended this pillow about 13 or 14 years ago. I am so glad that he did. I just love my pillow!

The original pillow I purchased was a King size pillow. Worked great really helped my neck. This is substandard size pillow! My fault I thought a large was the equivalent of a King size boy was I was wrong it is smaller than a standard pillow! If you are no longer going to provide a pillow based on bed size you need to make that abundantly clear! I hate it! Will be looking for alternative brand!

After getting this pillow, my head and neck are fully supported. I now have a much better and deep sleep full of comfort and support.

I was always in a bad mood when I woke up because my arm would fall asleep and my whole upper neck/shoulder area would be sore. From the 1st day I used this pillow, I woke up not focused on my body pain. It helps so much and I don't have to toss & turn all night adjusting my pillow! (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEMPUR-NECK PILLOW)
