I've been sleeping on these pillows for over thirty years and like the title, not the same. First got one when they originally came out and were sold in a specialty shop not in any other site ( including Tempur-Pedic). I have had to replace them every few years and this Tempur-Pedic is not quite as cushioning and it's small! They used to have sizes like standard and king. This pillow is the size of their original travel pillow; I have one of those too.. My current Tempur-Pedic( king size )is a good 4 inches longer than this one. Not even any choice of size except height. Very disappointed with Tempur-Pedic about this!

This pillow is too firm. Not comfortable at all. I have used a contour pillow for years. I am an exclusive side sleeper. Love my old pillow, but the tag has worn off. This Tempur-pedic neck pillow is no comparison. Very frustrated that it cannot be returned. I knew that before I purchased it but thought it was a reputable company so I can give it a try highly disappointed! Don't buy it without trying first.

First off, yes this pillow is harder than your average pillow, but it states it is medium firm. I can tell it is also softening with more use as tempurpedic does. It can take up to 3 weeks for it to soften up. It is amazing for my neck! I have been sleeping soooo good and i have no more neck pain at all! It's amazing. I think i did get too small of one (i went with small because i was worried a medium would be too big) but honestly i just put a thin pillow under it and that worked great and it sits at the perfect height now. Despite being a harder, more firm pillow, it is absolutely perfect for what i bought it for - which was neck pain. This is not an average pillow, and it's not meant to be. It's truly great for helping with neck pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to use a smaller profile pillow due to a neck injury and I found that the tempur neck pillow works best for me. I recently had to replace my old one which I had for over 15 years. This pillow supports my neck and relieves pressure. I have tried many other replacements and none compare to this tempur pillow. I take it with me when I travel and it is small and easy to pack in my suitcase. I would highly recommend this pillow.

The pillow we received is hard and small. The product listing said it should be 20" x 12.5" x 4", but ours measured at 19x12x3.75. They won't accept a return on their defective product, and they just delete any negative reviews. But don't worry, I'm working on a solution to auto-repost my negative review every time it gets deleted. Good luck content moderators.

The height of the pillow is different from the previous version. I've purchased the same Standard size pillow, but the new version is about an inch thicker than the previous version. I should have purchased Low for the same height as previous Standard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tempurpedic neck pillow to replace an older version. At first, I was concerned because the newer version is lighter and has less material. However, after using it for a few months, I realized I like it even better than I liked the older one! It's amazing for neck pain. I sleep on my back most nights and I definitely recommend this pillow for back sleepers. It's amazing and takes a lot of pressure off of the neck area. When I'm laying on my side, I have another pillow that I use instead because this one is perfect for sleeping on my back (and so great for the neck...), but it's a little too thin for me when I'm on my side. That doesn't change my opinion of it. I don't know what I'd do without it!

I have disc problems and a pinched nerve in my neck. I buy this pillow every few years because it's the only one that comes in the small 3" tall size to support my neck. Other specialty pillows give me neck and head aches because they are too large/tall under my neck. I am 5'3". Thanks Tempur-pedic and please continue to make this size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased both the Temper Cloud Soft and Lofty and the Temper Neck pillow. I find the Temper Cloud more lofty than soft. It feels hard after a few hours, waking me up. The neck pillow is also too hard but bearable. I have used the pillows for about ten days with the hope of getting accustomed to them but so far unsuccessful . The pillow quality is very good, just uncomfortable.
