I had a high expectation on this product, but this is worst purchase I have ever made. I purchased 2 neck pillow for Thanksgiving gift for myself. The pillow has weird chemical odor which makes me headache. Then I wanted to get refund, but the customer service refuse it and said the odor can be gone away after 30 days. They said even this product itself is defective, they are not allowed to refund it. I will not buy anything from Tempur. This is unpleasant experience. I would give 0 star if I can.

I have a tempupedic mattress and pillow myself and I LOVE them both so I decided to buy this for her. She absolutely loves it! You really get what you pay for! :)

When I tried to wash the pillow case, I was surprised to find that the inside pillow foam appeared to be defective. There are yellow/orange-ish color stains on the foam. Additionally, the foam has multiple small holes and signs of damage in various places. I contacted customer service, but what they said to me is that the defects in the images I've provided are simply results of the manufacturing process. What an explanation!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this pillow! Not only am I sleeping more comfortably, I'm able to stay asleep longer and wake without the usual aches and pains. I've had to fight my alley cat for my turn on it at night, as she's taken to using it as her bed during the day while I'm at work! While I'm not a fan of this, this is a cat who has denied every comfortable bed I've purchased for her and would rather sleep in an empty cardboard box! So, must be one great pillow to earn her approval! My cat's preferences aside, I'm in love! I was hesitant to make this purchase because of the cost, but do not regret my decision! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the medium size first but it was too large for my small frame. The small is perfect for me. I am 5'4" and 115 lbs. This pillow gives my neck the support I need and is great when I sleep on my side too! I do wish that they made pillow cases to fit the pillow as regular pillow cases are too large. I would not put my face on the pillow as is for fear of leaving an imprint on my skin plus it is cleaner to use a pillow case.

I had two instances where I did something in my sleep and then I couldn't even get out of bed because my neck hurt so bad. I was only 21 years old when this happened. I have been using this pillow for about 3 years now and my neck pain has pretty much gone away! Still hurts a little every now and then. I am a side sleeper but you can do side or on your back and both are comfortable. I tried everything, muscle relaxers, pain killers, massages. This has seriously saved my neck. I cant sleep a night without it. If you are having neck pain i definitely recommend this pillow. It is a little weird at first but you get used to it. My boyfriend can't wait for me to get out of bed so he can steal it on the mornings i go to work before him.

I ordered a pillow from tempurpedic and am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the product. The pillow is hard and small. I went with tempurpedic because of the brand name and am told that there are no returns due to the personal nature of pillows. However you return mattresses which are just as personal and much harder to return. I am very disappointed in your company.

We haven't slept well because of each other's snoring sounds. Almost everyday, we woke up in the middle of night and couldn't get back to sleep. The lack of sleep made us really tired. We have been seriously thinking of sleeping in separate rooms. One day, I read some reviews about this pillow that removes snoring. I was in doubt, but I wanted to give it a try. And it worked!!! We are still wondering how this could be possible! Now, we don't snore! This is Magic! I am not exaggerating. This is true. I really recommend this pillow to people who are suffering from snoring!

While the pillow is great, I think a firmer/harder next support on the pillow would be great. I'd like it pop back at me when I lay into it
