[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been sleeping on Tempur-Neck Pillows for the past 6 years. Over the years I have tried many other types pillows before finally landing on the Tempur-Neck pillow. In my opinion none are as supportive, or as comfortable as the original neck pillow by Tempur-Pedic. With other types of pillows I would wake with neck, shoulder, and sometimes back pain, but when using the Tempur-Neck pillow I wake feeling refreshed. I need that curved bolster to support my neck. Body heat causes the memory foam bolster to mold so that it cradles the neck. I sleep on both my back and side throughout the night and find the neck pillow works well in both positions. I recently took advantage of the buy-one-get-one promotion and purchased two new Tempur-Neck pillows. Having an extra pillow provides the option of switching pillows if the memory foam gets too warm during the night. When my purchase arrived I was pleased to find that the memory foam is still quite firm and has not changed. I was tempted to buy the neck pillow with cooling technology but a call to sales confirmed that the original neck pillow is firmer so I bought the original, firmer neck pillows. Suggestions: 1) It would be nice if the neck pillow was longer (24 inches instead of 20 inches) as this would allow more room for movement when switching sleep positions; and the longer size would better fit the width of any size bed. 2) In my opinion, Tempur-Pedic should offer 100% cotton percale pillowcases in an envelope style to fit the neck pillows as pillowcases for this size pillow are very hard to find. All pillows need a slip cover in addition to the zippered cover that comes on the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is generally as advertised. Very comfortable when I sleep on my side. But it's not quite the right contour for me when I sleep on my back. Sometimes I'll fall asleep on my side but wake up on my back with my neck a bit sore. Definitely great if you consistently use it on your side.

Sleep was way under-appreciated five years ago, in my book. Tempur-Pedic beds-and for this purposes of this review, the pillows have afforded me better respiration, better support, deeper sleep, and more productivity in my professional and personal endeavors. I never knew what I was missing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a herniated disc at c5/c6. Needless to say, sleeping can be agonizing for me, and waking can be even worse. I purchased this specific pillow with the hope that it might help me achieve more regenerative sleep and lessen some of my daily neck pain. One cannot cure the pain of a herniated cervical disc through the use of a pillow (if only!), so I never expected a magical fix. Nonetheless, this pillow helps to diminish my nightly pain and reduce the pressure/tension that I feel upon waking. It has really helped me, which is why I also purchased the travel size version of this neck pillow. Let's briefly talk about firmness. Some reviewers say this pillow is as hard as a rock. They must have experience with some pretty soft rocks because I find this pillow to be plenty giving/soft and comfortable. I prefer cushy beds and pillows, and this pillow fits the bill for me. It is not overly soft (it does not engulf my head), but I certainly do not find it to be firm. Bottom line: it is worth the money because it actually helps to improve the quality of my sleep and, thereby, my waking life.

So I thought, what the heck, and took the second one for myself. It's great in keeping my neck in line so that I don't wake up with neck pain - the support is fantastic. I love it as much now as I did when I first got it - and now I have a spare!

We haven't slept well because of each other's snoring sounds. Almost everyday, we woke up in the middle of night and couldn't get back to sleep. The lack of sleep made us really tired. We have been seriously thinking of sleeping in separate rooms. One day, I read some reviews about this pillow that removes snoring. I was in doubt, but I wanted to give it a try. And it worked!!! We are still wondering how this could be possible! Now, we don't snore! This is Magic! I am not exaggerating. This is true. I really recommend this pillow to people who are suffering from snoring!

I went from daily morning painful headaches to feeling absolutely perfect every morning, ALL because of this pillow!!!!! The headaches lingered into the afternoon & so I was miserable. For years. Now I am the happiest person I know!!! I am not exaggerating, this pillow 100% changed my life!!!!!

The only negative about this pillow is its small size. My standard pillowcase swallows it. Comfort level is very good though for a contoured neck pillow. Most other brands I've tried were hard as a rock and actually made my neck hurt even worse by the next morning.

I thought it looked uncomfortable but was willing to try anything to alleviate headaches related to tense shoulders. I haven't had a headache since I started using it! I love it!
