So much better than my previous "cool gel" pillow. Way better support and sleep quality from day one. Was a bit warm at first but got used to it quickly. It will be interesting to see how it is during the summer. I sleep warm so may need to put a towel on it.

I was always in a bad mood when I woke up because my arm would fall asleep and my whole upper neck/shoulder area would be sore. From the 1st day I used this pillow, I woke up not focused on my body pain. It helps so much and I don't have to toss & turn all night adjusting my pillow! (I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TEMPUR-NECK PILLOW)

I got this to replace an older version of the pillow, which I had for over 15 years. I cannot believe the life of these pillows. After 15 years, my pillow was (finally)not maintaining it's form and felt a little deflated. When got this replacement, I was so happy and I fell in love with the pillow all over again. I wish I had replaced it sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Tempurpedic pillow many years ago and I love it and it lasted a very long time. Being a "budget shopper", I tried at least a dozen pillows (some memory foam) before I bought another Tempurpedic because of the cost. I finally realized that if I added up the cost of all those cheaper pillows, it would come out to be a lot more than the price of a Tempurpedic pillow. So I bought another and am very happy. The only improvement I would make would be to make the top flat with no ridge. My head doesn't seem to fit between the two contours.

I bought this pillow because I was constantly throwing my neck out and developing knots in my shoulders sleeping on any other pillow (predominantly a side sleeper). This pillow really does support your neck! I feel like my neck is in much better alignment and I haven't had any neck issues since. My only complaint is that I do find the pillow is a little too firm for my liking. I'm hoping it softens a little over time and with use but if it doesn't, I'd still be sufficiently happy because of the eliminated pain!

Around 10 years ago I bought our first neck pillows from Tempur Pedic. Having suffered whip-lash many years ago, there is more often than not some issues with my neck causing pain and stiffness - all resulting in many trips to the chiropractor. After having discovered this pillow I have less pain and fewer visits to the chiropractor. For the past 4 years my whole family that is my husband and two teens enjoy these pillows as well as Tempur Pedic mattresses. It is the single best investment you can make for your sleep and general health, in my opinion. The only negative about the new pillow, just bought in September 2018, it is that the length of it has changed from the first to the second pillow approximately 10 years later. I would prefer that it was larger, mostly because I like to have my elbow/arm up on it to lift my shoulder.

We tried several different traditional pillows, and these changed our lives starting on night 1! We sleep so much more comfortably and now use 1 pillow each where we'd have 2-4 before. I had had a neck surgery and you would not believe how many pillows I bought in trying to find one that helped. Because believe me, you don't have right one, your neck and back will let you know. Only reason do not still have it is because I somehow washed it wrong and it ripped in half. And unfortunately the price has been a problem for me, but I will be ordering another one as soon as I can. Highly suggest this pillow ❤️

My neck would not be properly supported at night , with the standard pillows I was using, and the muscles would sometimes lock in the morning when I got up. Took muscle relaxing pills multiple times to overcome this. Have not had an episode of this since I got my first TP pillow. After 25 years, I decided it was time to replace the pillow. The new one is just as good as the last. I take these pillows on all trips, even camping. Will never switch.
