[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its a great pillow I love how soft it is and the way it sinks so you can sleep on it however you want. I would say if you like a little bit of support this pillow will not be for you because at least for me it feels like this pillow just keeps on sinking and has no support which in my case I really like, but if you need some support from your pillow I will suggest getting another one.

I am very disappointed with this product. I tried a Tempur-Pedic neck pillow that my cousin had when I slept over at her home one day and found it really comfortable. I thought I'd order my own to address my chronic neck pain. However the one I received is not comfortable at all. It is much more firm than the one I experienced at my cousin's. It is disappointing and frustrating that I am unable to return it even though I barely used it and it does not work at all for me. I think Temper-Pedic should stand behind its products and offer refunds or exchanges under these types of circumstances.

I've been using this pillow at least the last 15 years. This pillow is a god send as nothing else helps when I have a migraine. The contour is exactly what I need to relieve pressure from my head. Two years ago I was diagnosed with cervical dystonia and the only way I got comfortable enough to sleep was by using this pillow. I have bought multiple pillows as recently as four months ago and not one can hold up to this pillow. This is my forever pillow. I now own three just for me.

I've been purchasing these for years and years. Now the material is stiff and unfriendly.. there is no give to it. If this is the new idea of an improved memory foam, you have failed. Miserably uncomfortable now. Ugh. Why do companies think they need to improve a good thing? Or was this your attempt to save money? Either way it's a huge fail.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is a first responder, his sleep schedule is totally opposite some weeks (night shift sucks) so his sleep is very important. Before we got our Tempur-Pedic pillows, he was struggling to get really restful sleep; his pillow wasn't providing the support he needed. He tossed and turned & couldn't get comfortable enough to stay asleep. This pillow has caused a complete shift. He's sleeping better, no longer tossing/ turning & waking up rested. It's made a world of difference for him! The only thing we don't like is that it's hard to find pillow cases that match our sheet set that aren't oversized. But I'll take an oversized pillow case over not getting enough sleep any day of the week - these really made a big difference for us. Couldn't be more thankful or obsessed with our purchase!!!

Ugh. Let me start by saying I've had a tempurpedic pillow for 12+ years and love it but figured I was due for a new one. I ordered the neck pillow as I am primarily a side sleeper while I previously had a symphony. The neck pillow is fine but it's about the size of a travel pillow. My standard pillowcase looks ridiculous on it. It's comfortable but if you move at all while you sleep you have to bring it with you, and I'm a very small adult woman. Very very disappointed.

I've used the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow since massage school in 1996 when I had to seek chiropractic care from poor body mechanics. I always recommend it to my massage clients to this day, 28 years later. There has never been a problem with neck or shoulder pain. It's the best . I use two, one on top of the other for a more proper alignment for me and it works great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought two; one to replace an old one that my wife has had for many years and the other one for my mother in law. After we received them, we noticed how the old pillow has gone through wear and tear through out all this years. Everyone slept on their new pillows and I ended with the old pillow. I had a good night sleep and now I want a new pillow so that I can have a great night sleep.

I've happily owned three of these pillow over the years, but this one is hard as a brick and doesn't conform to your neck at all, in any position. With no option of return, I am an extremely disappointed customer who now needs to go shopping for a suitable replacement from another company.

I have a small neck pillow I purchased from Tempurpedic about 15 years ago that I absolutely love but it is getting old so I decided to purchase another. I purchased a small neck pillow and it is nothing like the original. It does not conform much to your head/neck shape like my older one and is very firm. Very uncomfortable even after trying to use it for 3 weeks, I gave up. I asked my chiropractor if he sold different pillows than what was available to the public and he only has access to the same pillows and also noticed the difference and even thought Tempurpedic had sent him the wrong pillows because of the firmness. Lesson learned, when you find something you really like, purchase two! What I do love about it? Nothing.
