[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During a visit to the chiropractor for neck pain, I asked the doctor what he did when his neck hurt. His response was that he slept on a TEMPUR-neck pillow. I decided to purchase one as it was less expensive than an office visit. Guess what. The neck pain was gone almost immediately and has not returned since I started sleeping on the pillow! It has also double as a pillow between my knees to alleviate hip discomfort while I sleep. I have recommended this pillow to family and friends.

This is my 3rd Neck Pillow. My 1st one purchased over 5 years ago is still in great shape & very firm. I've just started sleeping on my 3rd one & have to say there is a big difference in manufacturing of this pillow since I bought my 1st one. It is nice not to have to sit on it to speed up the breaking in period; however, for stated as a "firm" pillow it seems softer than my 1st one! I still highly recommend it especially if you have any type of neck/back problems.  I wake up with very few (if any) problems even though I'm a side sleeper sometimes. A good pillow for back as well as side sleepers. We are a family who own several types of Temp Pedic pillows & this is one of my favorites next to the body pillow. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a small pillow based on neck size. Not realizing that the entire pillow would be so small. There is support for my neck. But the rest of the pillow provides no support. Certainly nothing you can curl up with. And I had to search for pillowcases to fit. It would be nice if Tempupedic sold cases to fit.

I was a little hesitant at first because of the pillow's firmness, but all it took was one night using it, and I was sold. I really must have been needing more neck support, and I noticed an immediate improvement in how well I felt in the morning. I'm pretty certain that I'll never use a different pillow again. Thanks for helping me sleep better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Tempurpedic in six years, and we did some serious comparison shopping before we bought again. We upgraded from a Cloud Supreme Queen to a Cloud Supreme Breeze King, and we wanted to be sure we were truly getting the best deal for our money since the price tag with this upgrade was quite a bit higher. We tried the Serta iComfort models, and those ranged from too hard to too soft. Then we tried the new Beautyrest Black Ice, and that felt amazing, but the price tag and reviews - not so much. We even checked out a few of the popular name brand hybrid models as well as the ever popular Sleep Number, and we could quickly tell we simply weren't going to be happy with anything but another Tempurpedic. I'm an old war vet whose had cervical spine surgery and live in chronic pain from a number of injuries, and my husband is also a vet who isn't too much better off, so it simply wasn't worth the risk to get anything else when this brand has hands down the best track record on the market. Is is the perfect bed? No. I appreciate their attempt with the "Breeze" technology, but it hardly makes a difference with the mattress protector on, which is an absolute necessity for kids and pets. And honestly, the Beautyrest Black Ice blows them out of the water when it comes to this. That being said, we still sleep comfy and well enough all night long. Another thing that Tempurpedic needs to step up their game on is the ergo foundations. We ordered the Tenpur Up, which would've fit our storage bed - if we didn't mind an extra nine inches in height! There are slimmer profile options on the market that will work with our mattress, so there's really no excuse for something that bulky and high. Last but not least - the delivery. I could write a review alone just about that experience, but the bottom line is Tempurpedic lost track of our order and/or neglected to properly transmit information to the last mile provider, and I received my first bill before I got my mattress.

My husband and I both have Tempur-Pedic pillows that we have loved for many years. After many years the pillows became too soft and it was time to buy new ones. Last year I ordered each of us pillows. However, neither of us have been able to use them. They're incredibly hard and do not form to our neck and head like the old ones used to. I keep hoping over time that they will become softer but they do not. I tried mine again last night and then immediately noticed my hands went numb, so I had to put it away. I'm so disappointed because we loved our old pillows as they were very supportive cervically as well as comfortable. Maybe they changed their foam?

I ordered the small pillow based on the measurement guide. It is so tiny! The smaller side is about one inch tall. The bigger side is maybe three inches tall. I'm 5'4" and I'll never be able to use it. It would be perfect for a small child. I understand the no return policy, but now I'm stuck with a pillow that I've never slept on and will never be able to use. It would be great if I could at least exchange it.

This one has the right support for my neck and head as it conforms to my neck and head so that I can relax and sleep well and comfortably. I highly recommend this pillow.

I bought a new tempurpedic mattress (that I loved from the first night). When I was in the flagship store buying that I tried a new neck pillow. It was very firm. Now 4 months later I decided to get the pillow. I got the size small. It arrived today and is so soft you can wad it up into a ball. I took it back to the flagship store to ask what was the reason there pillows were so firm and this was so soft. The salesman...after assuring me he could do nothing to help...pillows are non returnable... he had me feel a medium and it is very firm! He said the small and large are a different temper material and therefore softer and the medium is the "firm" pillow. Makes no sense. Mattresses are the same firmness according to style no matter the size but there pillows are NOT!

This pillow feels just right when I first lie down. Part way through the night, I wake up feeling that I need more support. I know some reviewers felt this pillow was too hard, however I felt over the course of the night, the pillow gets too soft for me.
