[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality of material is great. However, the guidance for the size is questionable. Based on the direction, I ordered Size medium. After using 2-3 months, I start to feel neck pain. When I switch to less thinner pillow (thinner than size Medium), less pain occur.

These neck pillows are not the same as the older ones! These are SIGNIFICANTLY FIRMER than before. The shape has also changed. The neck portion is higher and longer compared to the previous "medium" sized pillows. This is so disappointing! The older model was perfect. Now I'm stuck with 2 brick pillows that I can't use or return them!

I have had tempurpedic beds and pillows before and was a huge fan until I bought 4 pillows back in March. We bought the neck pillows, the body pillow and the giant cooling pillow. My husband is satisfied with his cooling pillow. The neck pillows and body pillow are not the same as the ones we have had in the past. The foam is way more dense, firm and bulky when compared to previous purchases. No returns made this an expensive mistake and put me off the brand itself.

The price was a little too high for me and then when I saw the buy one get one free deal, I got it without any hesitant. After using it for a few weeks, I'm in love! It's good for sleeping on your side and on your back and my back doesn't hurt that much after I started using this pillow. Look forward to continue using it in my future.

This pillow takes a while to break in. The small is too small so I got the medium. It's a bit too big. I can't sleep on it every night. But I will say it's better than my other options. I used an old one for years. It only got better with time, until it got rock solid.

I've always had back and neck pain but since I switched to tempurpedic my neck pain has been gone which lead to more positivity and energy in my daily life. I wish they produce more innovative product such as portable or for traveling since I travel a lot. Thank you

I purchased this product after owning the original pillows for years and needing a replacement. I liked the original material on the outside better than this new one. Delivers perfect under the neck, beveled shape. For my taste, it's too firm and much firmer than the first line. I ordered a Medium and I think that the Medium size is what I would have expected if I ordered a small. Material does soften up after a few weeks!

It took about a week for me to get used to sleeping on this pillow because of the contouring. I stuck with it, and now weeks later I cannot sleep without it. Prior to sleeping on the Neck Pillow, I would wake up with neck pain every morning. Since sleeping on the Neck Pillow, I have not awaken with any neck pain.

It took about a month to get used to as I was a flat-as-flat could be pillow user and slept on my stomach my whole life. So be patient. I soon realized this was the best thing ever and recommend it to everyone. I converted my husband finally this year. I also have the travel pillow because I travel a lot for work. I don't leave home without it! If I don't use it I get headaches from the strain of my neck not being supported. I can even sleep on my side and be well supported as well. Invest in one!!! You wont be sorry!!! I am curious what an entire bed would be like. That has been on my radar!
