I had been waking up with daily headaches and finally tried this pillow. I'm shocked at how much of a difference it has made... I no longer have headaches and neck/head discomfort in the morning. The pillow took a week or so to get used to and now I love it.

I really wanted to like this pillow, but after about two weeks my neck is killing me every time I sleep on it. I have tried everything and it is still hurting my neck. I bought the correct size and followed all the instructions. I wish I could return it.

i recieved the neck pillow for a christmas present and i am amazed,i have a condition called torticollis and ive dealt with neck pain for years,i havent woke up with a stiff neck or pain since,my neck actually feels "loose" and not tight like i had a weight around my neck,truly awesome product,thanks tempur-pedic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My neck frequently hurts and gets stiff, especially after sleeping on pillows that are too high or don't give neck support. This is the only pillow I've found (and I have tried many) that actually relieves neck pain when I lie on it.

Have been dealing with tension headaches and nothing was helping. My physical therapist suggested looking into a more supportive pillow. I settled on the Tempur pedic neck pillow. My measurement was 7" and I got the large. The first 1-2 nights I wasnt for sure since this is a firm pillow. After that I loved it and will never use anything else. Give it a fair chance and let your body adjust to this firmness level.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have textbooks that are softer than this pillow. I tried to offer it to my parents after my husband also didn't like it. Neither my mom or dad could tolerate it either. I literally can't even give away the pillow I paid over $100 for.

My husband and I slept on these contours for 20 years, but when the XL was discontinued and the firmness was lacking on the larges, we went to the TEMPUR-Contour Side-To-Side Pillow and now those are gone. I don't know what we're going to do now. No other company has touched our heads in over 20 years. I'm just heartbroken. They just aren't making them firm or high enough to keep the weight off our shoulders anymore. I think for most people this product is amazing. Just not for chronic pain people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the small tempur neck pillows and to my surprise, it was smaller than expected as it didn't even fit standard pillow cases. The pillow feels flimsy when touching it with my hands but firm against my head. Overall, the product wasn't how I remember it to be compared to my previous tempur neck pillow.
