I followed the website's recommendation and ordered the large pillow, considering the distance from my neck to shoulder. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The pillow was too tall, making it very uncomfortable to use. I went back to my previous pillow after a couple of days. What's worse is that there are no returns allowed, so I ended up wasting my money.

My cervical kyphosis causes me great deal of pain but I have finally found a pillow that can actually support my neck and give me a good night sleep!!! I had been looking for a firm pillow but, in my opinion, what is advertised as firm, is not actually firm. Finally, this pillow is actually firm!!! Plus gets even firmer in the cold weather. In my opinion, if you are looking for supportive firm, this is it. If you are looking for a fluffy cloud pillow, go elsewhere.

So I thought, what the heck, and took the second one for myself. It's great in keeping my neck in line so that I don't wake up with neck pain - the support is fantastic. I love it as much now as I did when I first got it - and now I have a spare!

Felt the difference right away! Since then, I've been having quality sleep. And because of that, I bought tempur pillows for my mom, hubby, 3 sons and daughter. Also bought 2 body pillows and peanut pillows for each of us to use on road trips. Not only that, been raving about it with friends and some of them bought several pillows as well. Share the love ☺️ Wouldn't use any other pillow from now on.... I wish I have the budget for the bed, maybe in the future...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this pillow. It definitely took some time to break in, maybe a week or so but since Then it's been a dream. I've gone back to my old cheap pillow here and there and I woke up with neck pain again. I would definitely buy again.

I have a pinched nerve in my neck and nothing seemed to be working to ease the pain. As I was leaving an orthopedic surgeon he said, some of his patients say the neck pillow helped ease the pain. They were right, if I do anything to trigger the pain, after a night or two of using the pillow makes the pain go away.

It s an amazing product. I'm a side sleeper, and find the support invaluable. I actually had the longer one last time, but the standard works well.

This is a high-quality pillow and if you want a very firm feel, I would recommend it for you... but only if you want firm. I really hoped this would be the life-changing pillow a lot of reviewers described. Unfortunately I did not have that experience. Again, the pillow is very high quality and exactly as described. The material is firm and the fabric covering is soft. It seems like it will be durable. My husband is using it now and likes it well enough. But as someone who struggles with neck pain and waking up with a stiff neck, I read many reviews from others with similar issues who felt this pillow helped them. Sadly, it did not help me, and was firm enough that I had a stiff neck more often and struggled to get in a comfortable position. I did try it for about 4 months and tried using heat & pressure to ease the firmness as recommended by others online. In the end, not a good fit for me; but I can't fault the company or the pillow itself. It just didn't suit my needs.

I am a small woman, 5.0 inches tall and weigh 100 lbs. I have a hard time finding a pillow that will support my bad neck that isn't too large for me. I just ordered my 2nd tempur-pedic small pillow, since I was so happy with the first one I had. It feels like sleeping on a saddle when you first use it, then it softens up but is still supportive.

Pillow has good support but it would be nice if I was able to exchange it for the right size needed for me. The online system isn't helpful at all I get there's policy's but how can you know what size is right for you online I used their technique to measure to figure out what size but I was between 2 sizes and they said if you are then go a size down that's what I did and guess what it's not right now I'm stuck with two brand new pillows that wont work for me as I have neck and back pain I was hoping a company like Tempur-Pedic would have good customer service and do the right the thing.
