Ordered the large neck pillow based on the recommended measurements on the site. Been using the pillow about a week now and I think it's a bit too high up, it hurts my neck. I looked at the return policy and Tempur doesn't allow refunds or exchanges on pillows, so I'm pretty much stuck with a $100+ pillow that doesn't fit me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Years ago I bought a tempurpedic pillow at my chiropractor's office. She recommended it for my neck. I had it for years but decided to invest in a new one this year. I order the large original neck pillow and was very disappointed when I received it. It was very short in length, about 6-8 inches shorter than my original pillow. I have a King bed with king sized pillows. Not sure why a large would not also be longer in length. If you like a nice looking made bed, it's difficult with these strange sized pillow. I also tried to returns these when I opened the box and saw how small it was. Be warned there are no returns even for unused products. Buy from a retailer, not direct in case you change your mind.

This is not the first time I buy this kind of pillow and I really wanted this particular pillow to workout for me. I carefully read all the information about it and all the instructions on how to pick the right size... Unfortunately, it is to shallow,and therefore useless... I wasted my money on a pillow I can't use because it didn't support my neck... I should have bought the largest one... But it won't happen. I already have spent a lot of money and I'm not going to spend another $129 plus shipping and taxes... This pillow WAS my favorite... not any more...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is okay. I like that it is low and thin, but I didn't find it drastically different from the one I was using from different brand. If is a bit firm, but I guess it is more of personal preference.

We purchased two of these after having loved mattress products. The pillows are hard as a rock! hmmm actually the rock might be softer. when called to ask about return policy, they said they are not returnable. i find that interesting... i can return a mattress... but not a pillow. they must know the pillows suck! The did tell me however that there is a "breaking in period". She even said to sit on it while watching tv-- including bouncing up and down on it etc etc etc. I'll restrain myself from sharing my opinion on that advise and let the readers make their own conclusion. buyer beware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great pillow, but it didn't work for me. I chose the small size because I'm slender and petite. 5'1" 110 lbs. I tried the Medium at a store and it was too high, tilting my neck and not keeping my spine straight on a side sleeping positon. The small however was too low, tilting my neck downwards. I was surprised that the small pillow had a very low side, and a very high side. The low side was too low and the high was too high for my neck. It could be the perfect pillow if the "high side" in the small size pillow is lower. You can see this in the photos in this website. If you need a higher side you could always go to a medium or large... It may work for another person.

I have used the standard-sized Neck pillow for years, and love it so much that I bought the travel size to take with me. I have two herniated discs in my neck and wouldn't be able to sleep with my Neck Pillow. It is truly a lifesaver to have a compact size one to pack in my suitcase. Pricey but worth it!

It fits my neck perfectly. When I go on vacations or to visit friends overnight, I always bring my Tempupedic neck pillow. Even if the bed is uncomfortable, my neck is very comfortable and I am able to fall asleep. My boyfriend bought this pillow around 5 years ago. I tried his and LOVED it! I have chronic neck pain/tension, and it was the only pillow I've tried that I've been happy with and offered enough support. I bought one of my own last year. However, the one I bought feels COMPLETELY different than the one my boyfriend has, despite us both buying the same one directly from Tempurpedic. The one I have is extremely hard and uncomfortable. We even tried methods to "soften" it but nothing helped. To this day, I haven't even used the one I bought even once. Very disappointing as I spent so much money investing in this product; but it appears they have changed their product/formulation for this pillow.

A bit smaller than I expected in terms of width, so I've had to adjust to being closer to my headboard than I'm used to, but the pillow itself is great. I alternate between sleeping on my side and my back and it's incredibly comfortable and provides good support in either position.
