I first received 2 large TempurPedic neck pillows from my mother who didn't like them. I was yeah 2 free pillows. I love them! My motto is "have pillow will travel." My pillow have traveled the world together. Even if I'm just going up the road to spend the weekend with my best friend and her family, my pillow comes with me. It's was in my carry on bag. One of my pillows was used for 10 years before it lost its ability to go back to it's original shape. I have moved on to using the other one. I should just buy a few more to get me through the rest of my life. I told my mother if I should go before her, that I want to be buried in my flannel PJ's and my head on my pillow. That's how much I love these pillow. They are the best in this world. They are the only pillows for me.

I bought this pillow because I had never tried a pillow of this type before and was wondering how it would feel. Well, let's just say, I think there's a reason that throughout the centuries this type of pillow was never made before. What's worse is that because I bought direct from Tempur-Pedic instead of an another online retailer, that I wasn't able to return it despite trying it out for only 15 minutes. I do not recommend this pillow, and I also strongly recommend against buying direct from Tempur-Pedic--other stores sell their products at the same price and will allow returns on pillows.

I love my Tempur Pedic neck pillow. It literally goes with me everywhere, from all over the USA to London and even Muscat Oman in the Middle East. I've owned my pillows for 10 years, the only time I don't sleep with it, is when I'm backpacking in the Rocky Mountains, but you can bet it's locked up safe and sound in my truck parked at the head trail. Like I said, "have pillow, will travel." Simply the very best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The problem I have is during the night my pillow case gets all bunched up and I have to re-fit it to be comfortable. I have tried 3 pillow cases. It is a narrow and smaller pillow than normal so it is hard to accommodate a fitting pillow case.

I bought the tempurpedic pillow as a last resort and it has done wonders! I haven't experienced any pain since and it is by far the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned. I would highly recommend it especially if you work a job that puts strain on your back and neck such as being a cashier or a server in a restaurant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one of the original TEMPUR-Pedic contour pillows many, many, years ago and loved it. I have to use the contour ones after a car accident 25 years ago. It lasted many years but when it needed to be replaced I started buying less expensive pillows and was fine for a while. But recently my neck would hurt with every pillow I tried. I decided to go back to TEMPER-Pedic and used the size chart to decide to purchase the small TEMPUR-NECK Pillow (I'm 5'1"), but it was too small. I decided to keep it for travel and purchased the medium. It's working fine, but I really believe the large would be better, but I've spent enough money and will just keep the medium.

If purchasing the 3.5 inch, you should know that the length of that pillow would properly fit a child's bed but not an adult's. These are not returnable or exchangeable so please be careful before purchasing a $100+ pillow online. The height is perfect for my neck but as I toss and turn at night, my head falls off the pillow because it is so small. The website gives the measurements for the height of the neck but not the length. The quality of the pillow is great but there is information lacking on the website to be able to properly shop online for a non-exchangeable product.

I have owned the large neck pillow for about 7-8 years! TEMPUR holds up like no other memory foam pillow. I will say, when I first got this pillow it took a VERY long time to get used to, like 2 months! Then, I couldn't sleep without it. I wound up buying a 2nd one for a vacation home in FL I had so I could have the same comfort in both places. I do use the pillow a bit oddly, using the small curve 90% of the time under my neck, instead of the large. I also find, over the years, I need to put a thick folded towel under it to give it more height. Another unusual thing is if I'm feeling restless, i'll lay on my side and tilt the pillow towards my face, and it's a whole new comfort. I find this pillow to be very unique, versatile, and long lasting. It can be/feel 'hard', especially if the room is cold, but this is true of any TEMPUR product. Again, give it AMPLE time to get used to it.

When I purchased this the pillow it felt completely supportive and substantial. Now, several months later, I find when I wake in the morning my head is flat on the mattress, there's no support at all. I hoped this would be a supportive pillow and it has not proven to be as expected.

We purchased a tempurpedic cloud supreme mattress back in October, with very minimal odor. I was very disappointed when I received my new pillow today. The odor is very strong. I have very bad allergies and this is compounding the problem. I can't believe this is the norm for this pillow. What a mistake to purchase. Now I'm stuck with a very stinky pillow
