[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third pillow - when my pillow gets worn after several years, I purchase another. I will never sleep with any other type of pillow. I take mine wherever I go - hotels, vacations, family visits - everywhere! My chiropractor recommended this pillow about 13 or 14 years ago. I am so glad that he did. I just love my pillow!

I'm unhappy with the pillow. I never slept on it, but tried it, covered, and it's uncomfortable. Years ago, I purchased a Tempur-Pedic pillow and was happy with it, so I was looking for a replacement. However, this pillow is nothing like the old one. It is much smaller and not supportive. Also, it's frustrating how expensive the pillow is and that I am not able to return it.

I owned previous versions of these neck pillows for years, and they were the only thing I'd sleep on, they were that good. Got these new neck pillow, and it took all of 5 minutes for it to mess up my neck so bad that I had to toss them. And oh yah, there are no returns allowed, so all that money down the drain.

She responded that she would provide me with a large pillow. If the pillows I received are large, then they are large for a child, certainly not for a king size bed. I love the pillows but they are too short

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one in my previous home. After a natural disaster, I had to discard it. I thankfully was able to find a new and safe place. I immediately realized, uh, need a new pillow. I was so grateful my local Bed Bath & Beyond had them. I KNOW I'm going to sleep like champ. Before this pillow and now, since I'm not sleep yet; I would have problems staying asleep and/or waking up with a stiff neck and just NOT happy. This helps align me, especially since I'm predominantly a side sleeper.

This product is not the tempurpedic quality I'm familiar with. It is unbelievably hard and caused neck pain when both my husband and I tried it for a night. I'm shocked that returns aren't allowed because this product almost seems defective it's so hard. I've never posted a review in my life but felt others needed to know given the high price point for this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive my pillows thinking, finally no more neck pain! But when I received them they were extremely small! The supportive section wasn't enough to actually support my neck and the pillow itself is fairly flat and thin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one of the first-generation TEMPUR-Pedic mattresses and neck pillows back in 1996. My memories are of one stinky but comfortable mattress and pillows. I couldn't sleep on the mattress for almost a week because of the strong and awful chemical odor. I had the windows open and walked on the mattress a couple times a day in an effort to get rid of the smell. It did finally subside, and I got around 12 wonderful and restful years of sleep on the mattress. I've since replaced it with another brand but kept the pillows, which finally wore out, and I replaced them with another pair of TEMPUR-Pedic neck pillows. Sadly, I was really disappointed when that familiar stench hit my nose as I opened the package. I had to hang them outside for a day to be able to breathe inside. It's been weeks now, and the smell has reduced but is still there. I can't wait for it to dissipate entirely, because I know what wonderful nights of sleep await me.

Purchased a neck pillow and it didn't work for me! I followed the guidelines to get the right size, but it is just to firm for my neck issues. I contacted customer service and they said sorry you are unhappy but there are no refunds on pillows although they offer a 90-day sleep guarantee on a mattress. Most of the other pillow Companys offer a refund if it's within the time frame. Won't be purchasing from Temper-Pedic again! I realize that everyone's experience is different, and probably 9 out of 10 the pillow is a good fit but how Customer Service handles issues is important when purchasing!
