I have slept on Tempur-pedic pillows and the Grand mattress for 15 years. I absolutely love the support and comfort of both. I recently purchased a new pillow and I am reminded of how long the strong smell last. I knead my pillow every morning and stand it on its end to help it air out all day. Each night I still need to cover my pillow with a hand towel and three pillow cases to mask the smell while I sleep. Although the smell is definitely inconvenient, I still prefer this pillow to any other pillow I have tried. I have back problems and a neck injury and so I will continue to sleep on Tempur-pedic products inspite of the strong aroma.

I was so excited to get my pillow, I've had neck problems for many years. The pillow itself is comfortable and has a great arch for my neck and shoulders my only issue is it's so flat!!! So most night I end up folding it in half and sleeping that way. Making for a restless sleep.. I would love any suggestions..maybe I should try a different pillow?

I've had to fight my alley cat for my turn on it at night, as she's taken to using it as her bed during the day while I'm at work! While I'm not a fan of this, this is a cat who has denied every comfortable bed I've purchased for her and would rather sleep in an empty cardboard box! So, must be one great pillow to earn her approval! My cat's preferences aside, I'm in love! I was hesitant to make this purchase because of the cost, but do not regret my decision! My husband says it's good but he's not blown away by it like I was. I've noticed he has not been woken up by tingling hands since he started using it so I think it's improving his sleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got the 2 pillows I ordered I was nervous about the firmness. I am a side sleeper and prefer soft to super soft pillows. When I put my head on it, it perfectly conformed to my head and neck and I slept very soundly from night 1 onward. From skeptic to believer in 1 night isn't bad.

We purchased the TEMPUR-Neck Pillow online. When we opened the box, a horrible chemical odor immediately filled the air - and then when we smelled the pillow it was obvious there was some type of chemical on or inside the pillow. TEMPUR-PEDIC refuses to take the pillow back and give me a refund. I strongly discourage anyone from buying this pillow because of the possible harm, and surely don't deal with the company as the customer service is poor.

I ordered two tempurpedic contour pillows. One for me and one for my daughter. Literally, after one night, I woke up with no headache. I was so relieved that I didn't have to resort to medications to treat my headaches. AMAZING RESULTS!

This pillow provides the perfect amount of support. He has tried other "neck pillows" but nothing beats the tempurpedic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second pillow from tempurpedic. I absolutely love it. I sleep on my sides and back. It works wonderfully in all positions. Very supportive while not being too high like traditional pillows. Allows my neck to relax and not be flexed and pushed forward.

I have had chronic neck pain for as long as I can remember and have tried several different pillows. I received my Tempur-neck pillow last night and woke up this morning feeling refreshed, and most importantly pain-free! My mom's birthday is this month and I plan to pick up one of these neck pillows for her birthday as she also suffers from neck pain. Excited to see how this changes my quality of life (and hers!) five stars!!!!!
