[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The neck pillow has helped tremendously with my neck pain, but it lost some firmness/loft within the first month where I rest my head the most. It would be ideal for it to keep it's original firmness over time or least for a year. I am a bit disappointed in this aspect, but otherwise thankful for less pain.

I experience numbness and tingling in my arms as I try to get comfortable enough to go to sleep and I cannot remember the last time I got a restful nights sleep. My sister loaned me her Temperpedic pillow when I was visiting. Although I was skeptical, I tried the pillow and was surprised when I found it so easy to get comfortable with literally no numbness or tingling in my arms at all. I slept without interruption and awoke feeling rested and quite honestly refreshed. As soon as I arrived home my wife went online and ordered my pillow. I have enjoyed a restful night's sleep each night since I received it.

I have neck problems, wake up with migraines quite often and it ruins my whole day, if I don't take medicine in time. Sometimes it's just too bad as soon as I wake up. But this pillow gives the perfect support, almost never wake up with migraines anymore. Definitely 5 stars

I prefer the older one, but it is now 8 years old and i needed a new one. I am disappointed with this product and wish i could return it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had neck issues and it prevents me from having a good night sleep. I've been searching for a pillow and none seemed to have worked. Tempur pillows are pricey, but worth every cent. Since I've been using them I've been sleeping so well. The neck support is outstanding and I love that it doesn't get flat. Worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome, a genetic connective tissue disorder disorder. So my neck is very weak, unstable, and I'm prone to migraines. The Tempur Pedic pillow (small size) is the only pillow which keeps my neck is a straight line with the rest of my spine. It's very comfortable and well made. I love it. It makes the many painful challenges of living with EDS easier to face. Well, that, and my faith in Jesus Christ. "For he endured, as seeing Him who is invisible." (Hebrews 11:27)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mrs has the soft thin version which I thought was way too soft. She convinced me to try the thicker, firmer version. 5 minutes of laying on it and i was sold. The firm pillow was perfect for my noggin. I use a CPAP as well and also lay on my side. Pillow does not interfere with my mask at all.

When I tried to wash the pillow case, I was surprised to find that the inside pillow foam appeared to be defective. There are yellow/orange-ish color stains on the foam. Additionally, the foam has multiple small holes and signs of damage in various places. I contacted customer service, but what they said to me is that the defects in the images I've provided are simply results of the manufacturing process. What an explanation!
