Love my neck pillow, best one I've ever purchased (tried other brands). So addicted to sleeping on it, pillow travels with me for any overnight stays. Very good quality, firmness. For anyone who has shoulder problems or previous injury, this is a must.

My neck feels wonderfully supported, and this pillow is also comfortable for when I like to roll over onto my side. I'm typically a side sleeper, and used to have neck and shoulder pains when I used to sleep on a regular pillow. This pillow has fixed that and improved my quality of sleep. Will definitely buy again once this one is worn out.

My husband has this pillow and loves it. My only complaint is that we've had the pillow for a few years (more than 3) and the foam is breaking down. It is about to the point now that I can't remove the cover for laundering, as it's messy and I'm afraid it will disintegrate. We have considered buying a bed from Tempur-Pedic, but honestly, I'm concerned about the materials. I know their warranty is longer on the beds, but still. For what it's worth, I would say this is a good pillow, but expect to buy a new one every few years. Or, if it starts breaking down ANY before the 3 year warranty period is up, get it replaced! I wish I had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to regularly have my neck adjusted by my chiropractor because my neck hurt from sleeping 'wrong'... because of the wrong pillow! The first morning after using my Tempurpedic neck pillow, NO pain! This pillow is the reason for my significant reduction in chiro visits! It has more than paid for itself many times over!!

I love my current tempurpedic mattress and pillow but wanted to try a contoured pillow based on needing better neck support. This pillow is horrible. It feels like sleeping on a rock, no give whatsoever and even more disappointing is that Tempurpedic customer care offers no exchange or return policy. To offer great service for your mattresses, a much higher ticket item, and no support for pillows seems ridiculous to me.

I have an active work environment and live in NYC so my body goes through a lot each day. This pillow changed everything for my shoulders and back. I had constant stiffness and or pain in both areas almost daily. Not any longer! Makes perfect sense that pillows should be designed this way. I sleep both on my side and back and either way it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved Tempurpedic pillows but purchased some recently and they were not as solid as the ones I had before. I need a firm pillow or my neck hurts. Disappointed that they appear to have reduced the firmness in the pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased our second Tempur-pedic pillow. Last one lasted 20 years... we were more than happy to retire the old one! Same comfort and support and hopefully durability. One comment though.. the new one is shorter in length than the previous one that we had. I mean the length could have been changed a long time ago, but we just found that out.
