[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows that I received were actually quite comfortable, but I didn't realize how small they were, roughly 22 inches. I will say that they are quite good when you have a stiff neck or trouble sleeping.

I purchased this pillow about 15 years ago. I loved it. I still love it. After so many years, I decided to purchase a new Tempur-neck pillow. I purchased both the small and medium size. It was buy one get one free. I took the pillow out of the box and immediately noted it was much more firm than my old one. I thought it just needed to be broken in. After a few weeks of sleeping with the new pillow (small size) I couldn't get used to the "firmness" of it. I tried to break in the pillow by sleeping with it, sitting on it, packing it into my suitcase, etc. No luck. Still very firm. I continued with the pillow for almost 6 months and it still is not like the old one. Believe me, I realize my old one is soft, but this one is just too firm. I am sad to say I don't use the pillow anymore.

This pillow is out the size of a travel pillow. Doesn't even fit a standard size pillow case. I took measurements to determine small, medium, or large per Tempur-Pedic's range. This was a joke. I will never spend another dime on this brand again. Very poor quality compared to their pillows of years past.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one of the first-generation TEMPUR-Pedic mattresses and neck pillows back in 1996. My memories are of one stinky but comfortable mattress and pillows. I couldn't sleep on the mattress for almost a week because of the strong and awful chemical odor. I had the windows open and walked on the mattress a couple times a day in an effort to get rid of the smell. It did finally subside, and I got around 12 wonderful and restful years of sleep on the mattress. I've since replaced it with another brand but kept the pillows, which finally wore out, and I replaced them with another pair of TEMPUR-Pedic neck pillows. Sadly, I was really disappointed when that familiar stench hit my nose as I opened the package. I had to hang them outside for a day to be able to breathe inside. It's been weeks now, and the smell has reduced but is still there. I can't wait for it to dissipate entirely, because I know what wonderful nights of sleep await me.

First off the pillow is made with quality soft material coverings. The design and shape is really nice. But its not comfortable because the cushioning is to firm, It just Doesn't form to head or neck. It is hard with no give of cushion comfort, or softening to conform around head or neck.

Purchased a neck pillow and it didn't work for me! I followed the guidelines to get the right size, but it is just to firm for my neck issues. I contacted customer service and they said sorry you are unhappy but there are no refunds on pillows although they offer a 90-day sleep guarantee on a mattress. Most of the other pillow Companys offer a refund if it's within the time frame. Won't be purchasing from Temper-Pedic again! I realize that everyone's experience is different, and probably 9 out of 10 the pillow is a good fit but how Customer Service handles issues is important when purchasing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this pillow because I developed extreme acid reflux (GERD), and I need to sleep on my back at night. I've always been a side/stomach sleeper, so this pillow has helped me feel comfortable on my back. I use it in conjunction with a wedge pillow and a regular Wamsutta pillow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like all of the aspects of this particular pillow except for the fact that it is too low. I have to sleep with a pad underneath it to raise it to the correct height. Other than that, it is an excellent pillow.

I can comfortably sleep on my back or side with it. The small size is smaller than I expected though, in hidsight I wish I would have ordered a medium.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had shoulder and neck pain for months and tried several different pillows. Pain completely disappeared 3 days after using this pillow. The smell is quite strong, however, and I've been sleeping on it for 3 weeks and it's still there. It's unpleasant- not sure how to get rid of it. That's my only negative opinion of it
