[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a TEMPUR-Neck pillow since 1999. I have purchased several over the years. They are worth every penny and are heavenly! I have suffered from migraines since I was 7 and this pillow has made such a difference in my health ❤️

The only negative about this pillow is its small size. My standard pillowcase swallows it. Comfort level is very good though for a contoured neck pillow. Most other brands I've tried were hard as a rock and actually made my neck hurt even worse by the next morning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having a serious neck injury 25 years ago my Doctor recommended I use a neck pillow. I purchased the Tempur Neck pillow at Brookstone in Tyson's Corner, Virginia. Ten years ago thinking all neck pillows are the same I purchased what I thought would be comparable; however, in less than a year I started waking up with unbelievable headaches. After a lot of Doctors appointments, a lot of meds, and no relief, I decided to try the Tempur Neck pillow again, I have not had a headache or neck pain since I changed back to Tempur Neck Pillow. It definitely spells relief for neck and shoulder problems.

If you pick one of the two and it is wrong fit then you just spent money on a pillow you can't use and can't return . Sent a note to customer service and only was told I can't return a product due to its personal nature yet you can return the beds ?

I am a 90% side sleeper and 10% back sleeper, this pillow offers me the most support with comfort. I do not wake up in the morning with any neck pain like with traditional pillows where I always felt like I 'slept wrong' I would highly recommend!

I have an older pillow that was the same model but seems to be way softer, larger, and overall better. Not sure if they changed their design what. Still, great pillow for the price and lasts forever!

I broke my neck in '88, have had 4 head injuries & seizure disorders. Although I am very ambulatory, I deal with migraine headaches 24/7 since '88 & sleeping is out of reach most of the time without being drugged which I won't do. I slept right on the floor for 20 years, finally bought a mattress after my 57th surgery this past year & looked for this pillow! WOW! I'm now sleeping mostly through the night again! It's great! I had messed up my back so bad with the accidents & falls etc. But now doing so much better. I love this thing. I went through so much money looking for pillows! I have rotary cuff damage, had surgery, but the other pillows still dug in. Not this one! It lifts my neck just right & away from my shoulders. Even my 100 lb Service Dog is trying to "share it" during the night! Both hands used to be asleep in the morning whenever I would lay down on other pillows, but this pillow supports my neck just right & I haven't had those issues. I have a lot of degeneration in the neck after all of these years since the break repair, this pillow is a life saver for me! Right after my original surgery I had been given one of these and it eventually died. The tag was off & I couldn't find one. I searched for many years to no avail. PRAISE GOD I finally found you again! You have saved my sleep once again!

Was so excited about this pillow until it started giving me more neck and shoulder pains. I realized this pillow wasn't big enough for my size. I'm 6'1 with wide shoulders and I bought the Large size. And pillows are non returnable according to the policy

So I had to air out the pillow for two weeks straight before that strong smell went away enough for me to sleep on it. I even tried baking soda and a vinegar spray for the smell but it's still there. When I finally decided to sleep with it I noticed every time I wake up in the morning I either have a red eye, headache or one of my arms have fallen asleep on the side I've rest my head on the pillow. Oh boy I wish I could exchange this for something better.
